Im giving 3 stars because all the food I have had here is excellent, so I want to be fair. However, the customer service is awful. The 2 women that are usually at the front are extremely unhappy about something. Never friendly, never smile. They don't give utensils and they don't give the proper change. I'm done.

Food was great, have to try different dishes in order to give it a better review but the chicken was fresh and tasty.
Service was good, Waitress was attentive and polite.

My family and I came in hungry and left very satisfied. We had the combo Inka and it all was fresh and delicious. Especially the fried rice. The service was professional and attentive.

Great chicken and sides but the customer service is below average to poor. It's gotten to the point where we don't eat-in and just do pick-ups but even then it can become confrontational. I've witnessed a customer ahead of me politely correct a wrong order and the staff would get angry with her. 5 stars for the food, 0 starts for service, which averages out to 3 stars.

No chicken waited 40 minutes for carry out. The worse nasty service ever. The hostess all three young woman very rude. Pretty much ignored me when I asked how much longer she told me "I didn't take your order". Haven't been there because of rude service in 6 months that's it I'm done.

Overall the food wasn’t good, We ordered a Lomo saltado and it came with frozen fríes, also the sopa la minuta was too watery and tasteless, The soup of the day (Aguadito) was too thick. The pollo a la brasa was dry and when we asked for cream for the pollo they gave us regular mayo in a packet.

A small but quaint Peruvian restaurant. The food and drinks were delicious but the serving in my opinion was a bit much, I had to take my entree to go. The restaurant is clean and the staff were helpful. The only nitpick is parking. You have to have luck to find one close by.

There is a wide range of offerings - soup, seafood, & even Peruvian alchohol & Peruvian ice cream (not made in house tho)! Tasty food & good portion sizes for the price! The service for to-go or eat-in is alright, they also offer delivery however I've yet to use it. The restaurant is nice inside, & has expanded since the last time I ate there, so parties up to 7 I think should be able to be accommodate fine. One of my favorite Peruvian restaurants in Forest Hills.

Avocado salad, but they're out of avocado and the air conditioning wasn't working.

Surprisingly good!
Why do I say that? El pollo Inka Peru seems to be just another chicken restaurant in the area, however they keep a balanced and traditional flavor profile, as many of this type of restaurants don't, this place makes you want to come back for more.

The portions are substantial and affordable, I've ordered a Whole Chichen combo, which was juicy and tender, came with side of sweet plantains, yellow rice, salchi-papas (fries and sausage) and house salad, also ordered the Fried Seafood Platter a.k. A. (Jalea) family portion, although this dish is a fried mix of seafood like calamari, shrimp, white fish, crab, mussels or scallops, also fried yuca/cassava topped with lime marinated red onios and cilantro, most of what you are getting here is calamari (about 80%), would be nice if they work more on their mix.

You have to try the green spicy sauce on everything!

The sangria is average but the bitter fruit might ruin it for you, dessert definitely needs improvement.

Overall there are more positives than negatives, don't expect excellent service but is friendly enough, my best experience was dining in but I've also done take out.

I would give this review 3.5 but since is not possible I'm hoping they can keep it up and do a little better.

Its was ok the lomo wasnt made like the traditional dish. Happens when you dont have actual peruvians cooking the food.

As a first timer at this restaurant located on Queens Blvd I would say the customer service was terrible. The guy at the counter was unprofessional and extremely rude. I got the anti- black vibes from him.

Used to frequent this place some years back. Many lunches with work friends. The chicken is okay, Recently ordered take out and was disappointed. Ordered a side of mashed potatoes it was made with instant potato mix.
Went another day because a friend birthday and he was in the mood for chicken and before I got a chance to sit at an empty table the staff told me they open at 12pm, I told him the time was 12: 03 he rudely replied they’re not ready yet. So I left and went Pinang instead. Most restaurants in the area have been struggling with challenges from the pandemic. My friend also mentioned the staff at this place are always rude, so I was happy to take my business elsewhere
