Very unprofessional staff i made an order off of
Seamless as a pickup went to pick it up they acted like they didn’t see me standing there for 15 minutes waiting and as more and more people come in they are servicing them. I attempt to get a workers attention she tells me to hold on and i continuously get ignored until I speak Spanish. Will never order from here again glad i was able to cancel my order.

Ya need to have better workers. They really hang up on me 3 time. It been 2 hours and I haven’t get my food. Really on professional. Ya got to get it Together

HORRIBLE! Ordered food at 7pm. At 8: 30pm called. Put you on hold for 10 mins, then they said its on the way. At 9pm I called again and they said they left it on my Doorstep which was a lie because you need to buzz to get in. Had to dispute charges to get my money back. How are they still in business!

They are over priced, and they will make you wait 2-3 hours for your food to be delivered, I am very disappointed most likely won’t order again

The food was good but I waited more than 2 hours for my food to be delivered. Take in consideration this restaurant makes their own delivery when you order online they DONT work with Uber eats so be prepare to wait a lot for your food

I don't get why people say the "food" is great, the charcoal chicken is good but thats how far it gets. You order other foods from here and your disappointed. Prices are really high, customer service is at best C- but I'd say buy the chicken and make your own rice and beans.

The prices were too high the kids food was b day blackend burned the waitress had a scab on her hand she kept picking looked yellow another waitress picking her nose right in front of us like whatttt ewww we payed 40 dollars for a lunch cold atmospher and burned nuggets

Their food is delish! I ordered sumthing lite and small 2 walk with. I really wanted that rotisserie chicken with white rice nd red beans on the side with avocado. I jus had a whole greedy girl moment reminiscing. Don't take my word for it go nd visit if your ever on Simpson or nearby! It will be worth the trip. The smells emanating nd permeating the street let you kno exactly how good the food is.

I have been to this location numerous times and I have to say.it needs improvement on a couple of things. The restaurant is small but with every visit I have made theres never been a time where it was packed and your not able to get a table or have to wait for one. Upon entry you'll notice the display of grilled chickens being cooked and a long counter where you can step up and order items to go. There is no hostess, you can just grab any table you'd like. The place is organized and kept clean, the Meñu is pretty basic and straight forward, the waitresses are friendly but straight forward as well. Prices are fair and the quantity of food is ok but the quality.not so much. I ordered a simple salad and when I got that salad it looked sort of a bit frozen, as if it was made a day or two before and stored in the fridge or freezer til ordered. It had that wierd freezer taste to it, which was bad. I couldn't eat it. There was more food apart from that salad and its was all ok.just ok. Customer Restrooms where clean, this location has no Customer parking, accepts credit and debit cards, and does deliveries. Thanks and Enjoy.

Don't order pasta, I learned the hard way to just order Spanish food from Spanish restaurant lol. Besides that everything was tasty and delicious 2x around.

They cook delicious food and customer service is excellent I would recommend this place it's awesome my husband & my son really enjoyed the food

The food is really good. The service is good also but, it still needs some work. They're to use to dealing with a singular crowd. It's in a great location; train and bus both within a block.

Food not bad. BUT, $27.70 (before tip) for sit down order of white rice & red beans only, and 2nd order of beef stew, white rice, and beans, no drinks? No prices listed. Waiter could use lessons on waiting on customers.

Very bad service, they are disorganized. I asked for a whole chicken but apparently it was disabled because it wasn't complete. Also, they changed me extra money because they understand that if I order something to go without even sitting down I have to give them a tip.

We ordered a whole chicken and got half. We didn't get sauce for the chicken. We caled our order in at 10 minutes to 8 and recieved it at almost 930. When it finally arrived it was cold. They offered to take it back and send us a fresh order but i was starving. I wasn't going to wait another hour and a half. So i took it. Horrible service.

The food is awesome but the service is not the best, the workers congregate among themselves to much! I also feel if ur not Spanish u get overlooked then u have to speak UP to get help! My 4 stars r for the food not the service or people!
