This funeral home does NOT offer shower services. You do not have the option to involve in washing and dressing the body after your loved ones have passed away.

There is a difference between a funeral home and a business. And this place is a business, not a funeral home. They do not guide you through the procedures and usually rush the whole funeral process. The bald guy with glasses that works there got mad at us for just being a few minutes over the schedule during our viewing ceremony at my grandpa's funeral. And he said "what's taking so long", I told him to give us a minute and he replied "this is business". No one should ever go through this during their loved ones funeral.

He was very rude and also didn't wait for the other vehicles to follow up while heading towards the cemetery.

My father passed away recently and we arranged the funeral services with Elcock since our church has worked with them in the past. Irene the Funeral Director was very sympathetic to our situation. It’s the first time someone passes away in our family and so she was very understanding in explaining step by step what we needed to do and what we needed to know. She was attentive to our requests as well. Our viewing was done in our church. Overall, they made this whole process as stress less as possible. My family and I greatly appreciate it.

Just had a viewing for my dad at this funeral home and it was the best. While other homes are charging ridiculous amounts of money to only bring the body to the cemetery with no viewing, Elcock provided two full hours of viewing as well as an elegant set up and amazing customer service. Highly recommend.

Special thanks to Elcock Funeral Home for arranging a virtual service during the pandemic that allowed us to honor our father in a loving and dignified way. They handled us with kid gloves and gently guided us through the unimaginable.
