One of the worse plan my grandma has been experiencing. Especially on the transportation the staff there is so rude and my grandma is not satisfied I had to pay an Uber by emergency so she doesn't miss her important appointment.
Planning to change ASAP this "plan".

Horrible Service to say the least. I'm not a hater, nor do I ever want to stop someone from eating and providing for their family.

However, this business gotta either shape-up & sail or just sink the ship!

MY STEP BY STEP ORDEAL.
1.no answer on the phone for days.
2. Decided to visit in person
3. Traveled on the TRAIN from Harlem to BK (2hr trip and located in a inconvenient area.
4. No receptionist present in lobby.no ElderPLAN representatives to talk to. The building was damm near vacant. I heard people in the back.but one came to answer my request. IT FELT LIKE A HUGE WASTE OF TIME!

Now mind you, my investigation was conducted during business hours & the door to the building was open for business.

Edlercare personal definitely should have been there to provide information to individuals like myself. I stayed for about 20min searching for some hint of life. Nothing. I was totally shocked!

From my experience and my investigation,
ELDERPLAN.smells of a scam or just a tired business witb plain-old unprofessional/lazy business practices.

Please take my advice, save your money and AVOID THIS AGENCY LIKE THE PLAGUE.

They left my grandmother IN A WHEEL CHAIR FOR HOURS!

After confirming the pick-up!

She is bed bound. HOW DO YOU LEAVE SOMEONE BED BOUND IN A WHEEL CHAIR FOR 5 HOURS!

They will be hearing from an attorney!

EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL!

ALL THE 5 star reviews are LIESS. THEY DESERVE ZERO STARS. WE ALL TAKE OUR FAMILY SERIOUSLY!

Horrible experience with this agency. They were so quick to get my elderly mother-in-law onto their plan for long term home attendant care. The home attendant wouldn't show up and no alternate was provided and we were never notified that noone was going to come. Completely unprofessional and neglectful! Seriously, don't trust this agency!

If I could give 0 stars, I would've. The company is clearly built on giving you run-arounds and denying any claims. You can never talk to anyone actually making a decision. They've built multiple layers and none of them knows anything. You HAVE to take them to court to get anything. Their care managers never return calls. They play dirty games (like sending you a letter requesting your reply a day before the letter was actually sent). They put you through hell until you actually have no strength to continue and just give up. This is all done on purpose. Before you switch to this plan, ask yourself just 1 question: Are you ready to fight them every inch when you you need more care because you are most definitely not getting anything based on my extremely unpleasant experience.

Sometimes I would get a call back sometimes I wouldn't. Set up a nurse appointment she didn't show call 20 minutes after the appointment to do an over the phone discussion about things she already told me. Nurse never came out I went with a different plan

I just signup with then by the end of November, my plan supposes to kicks in on January 1st, and it did, but by January 10 I rechecked l received an invoice from for 23.80 as monthly installments that I suppose to pay, problem is that they never told me about it, and, in my ten years as a Medicare recipient, I have never paid any extra money to any of my previous insurers. When I called them looking for answers about this they told that's the way their plan works. I asked then to cancel poliza, I want no business with them, and I would'nt recommend them either
