One of the worst providers out there don't rely on them for anything, you would be disappointed if you did, been waiting for weeks on end, for caregiver, that was supposed to be assigned to me, want you to be member of their junk company, then they don't want to do anything for you

Unable to get through to anyone at the corporate building for WEEKS now. Voice prompt says that receptionist will answer & he/she never does. Everything is programmed to either leave a voice mail, or listen to someone telling u to send an email. The phone directory is just as poor, as you must know who u have to speak to, to plug in the letters. It doesn't even give an option of a department either. I feel sorry for anyone trying to have their family
member admitted, because no one ever picks up from admissions on the other end, with a friendly hello!
