I bought a used Cadillac SRX from this dealer. Mark and Vinnie were a pleasure to work with. Both were gentlemen, did not put pressure on me to buy and made me feel like I had time to think about my purchase/selection without all the usual pressure tactics. Mark was extremely helpful and goes out of his way to make sure you get the most affordable deal possible when it comes to financing and insurance. So far everything has been great with the car and i would purchase from them again in the future.

Update 8-16-2023: I would just like to reiterate my previous praises for this dealership. There are very few honest dealerships in NYC and I am happy to say my Cadillac SRX is still running great with no surprises after 2 months. I was so wary of getting burned by a shady dealership especially since I am not a mechanic and don't know cars very well. In addition to the car still holding up, Mark helped my son get car insurance for another vehicle and provided us with valuable knowledge and assistance free of charge even though he didn't have to. I will be buying all my cars from ElDorado Auto Sales in the future. Once you find an honest dealer, you should stick with them. Thanks!

I really enjoyed my experience here, after searching around for a second vehicle everywhere I came across Eldorado. I'm naturally cautious and skeptical person so I was a bit anxious about my new purchase, Mark made sure my questions were answered and my mind was at peace, he was honest about his business, i am in business myself and I recieved the same service I would give to my own customers. I felt at home, I wouldn't hesitate to make another purchase in the future if I need it. I hade such a great experience, they made my purchasing process so easy, they were so helpful and listened to what I wanted not like other dealers where they just try to get you in whatever car they want you to take. I told them I wanted low mileage vehicle under 15k and they DELIVERED! They are also super military friendly and were so understanding, they made the transaction process so smooth and communicated with my bank to help me get in the car same day!
