Anne was EXTREMELY wonderful to work with. While planning my daughters' 1st birthday I came across Elegant Balloons and sent an inquiry through the website. Anne immediately emailed me to schedule a time to discuss my vision via telephone. The pole that I had was too small & Anne offered to let me use her own which was such a nice gesture! It was such a smooth process and the organic arch was a HIT! I will definitely be using Elegant Balloons again. & strongly recommend them!
