It was an ok place to come to. I say if you paying for what you want and given a good tip it shouldn’t be a problem with service. Cecee is rude and out of the 10 nails 2 always not shaped correctly. L’etoilre nails on Harlem go to update style and color anything you want they will make it happen

I used to love coming to get my nails done here, last time i went in for my appointment she told me it would be an hour wait, came back in an hour just for her to rush my nails, paint half of my finger and charge me $55.today I wanted to call and make an appointment.the woman that answered was extremely rude i told her never mind and to have a wonderful day.will never* come back

Customer service is terrible! Over priced worked they use to be extremely good but their customer service has declined during the week it’s hardly anybody in there and still the wait time and service time is extremely long I like to get in and out on the weekends forget about it I use to spend a lot of money here never again I’ll gladly spend my money where I’m treated as a valued customer

The pedicure was amazing! I get pedicures every 2 weeks, but the way our technician did it today took off so much dead skin! I was totally surprised and concerned that I pay so much at another nail shop so often and this much dead skin was still on my feet! Little bit of a wait 30mins or so but worth it!

Been going there for a couple of years with my daughters and we love it! Girls are great, friendly and they all do a wonderful job

My favorite place for mani/pedi Lee is nice, friendly and efficient. The staff is friendly also
