I had my first experience with acupuncture here and felt great relief during a time of great physical pain.

The front desk staff is always very responsive and friendly. The space is quiet and clean. I am always able to relax immediately. I never write reviews of businesses, but I really felt compelled to with element natural healing!

Christina Morris is an amazing acupuncturist. I met Christina in 2007 after I was recovery from a surgery and remember the idea of acupuncture did not appeal to me. Well my qualms were immediately eased Element Natural Healing Arts is soothing, welcoming and has an extremely professional staff. My acupuncture experience was so healing that I am still a regular fourteen years later. Not only do I value the treatments I receive from Christina because her needling is still the gentlest, I have ever experienced. I appreciate how she is equally intuitive and astute at providing care. Christina is exceptional and I highly recommend her and Element Natural Healing Arts to many of my client in need of acupuncture, massage or other modalities they offer.

Had a prenatal massage with Jenny. Absolutely amazing, if not my favorite one ever. She was kind, friendly and focused on my areas of concern. It was so relaxing that I ended up falling asleep. Her hands are magical and I cannot wait to go back. Thank you so much!

All I can say that the service and professionalism I received here are worthy of 5 stars. The minute you walk in the attention and care that is given to you is amazing. I went for a stone massage and I tell you I was in heaven. They are super clean and follow all covid protocol.

Sylvia is an incredible masseuse. She’s worked wonders with my TMJ issues. The front desk staff are lovely too. Definitely recommend.

This is my spot! I've been going here for facials, massage, scalp treatments and reflexology for the last 3+ years. Everyone is professional, it's always clean, all therapists and aestheticians I have seen are wonderful!

AMAZING massage. I often walk away from massages feeling unsatisfied but Tippy did such a great job! Perfect pressure & really got into my tender shoulders and neck. Highly recommend this place.
They are also very diligent with COVID-related hygiene & screening measures (they check temp on arrival).

I love Element Natural Healing Arts for massages! All the therapists I've had are terrific and the space is simple, quiet and deeply relaxing. It's such a treat to go there and escape life for a little while.

My acupuncturist retired and i have tried several places and Element Natural Healing Arts is FANTASTIC. They adjust the session to your needs and they help all parts of the body. I had a meniscus tear and every doctor thought my back and leg pains were from that. Catherine F.realized it was from a muscle in my leg. Since we have been working on it I can actually walk and i have a good quality of life back.

I could not have been more impressed with the Element location and staff. The reception area is welcoming and relaxing, and the front desk staff is very pleasant and helpful. My massage therapist Bryan was FANTASTIC. I had done a number on my lower back over the holidays with moving and hauling a Christmas tree (among other things), and I was in a lot of pain. Bryan couldn't have been more understanding and answered all of my questions with ease. I will definitely be back!

This year I was involved in an accident and I was having trouble finding a way to get relief from my pain. A friend recommended Elements to me. I decided to give it a try and that was the best decision ever. The staff is wonderful. They are professional yet friendly. Christine works with me. She really listens to you which makes you feel so well cared for. I would recommend Essentials in a heartbeat!

This place is beyond exceptional! The therapists do an incredible and detailed job. So very happy and such good quality for money.

Every masseuse I've seen here has been wonderful. I've had traditional Swedish, myofascial release, Reiki, and blends of all of the above and more, and it's always wonderful. I love having Element in the neighborhood.

I've been going to Element since 2003 and have referred friends and family since then. Every visit has been pleasant and each treatment highly effective. I've had acupuncture, massages, and reflexology and across the board, every therapist and staff member has been very professional, courteous, and friendly. They have the ability to put me at ease and make me feel like a valued client.

Lovely space, with very friendly vibe. My massage with Josh was the best I’ve had in six years of living in New York. My only regret is not having discovered it sooner!

Have been living in the neighbourhood for some years, but I do not why I have not tried Element before. The place is immaculate clean, and you can have a tea while waiting for your treatment. Sylvia who did my message was very knowledgeable and sweet!

I never feel better than when I leave Element after my treatment. I agree that the waiting room could have more comfortable seating but you never wait long! It is a wonderful oasis of peace and healing.

I love going to Element and having a massage with Jenny. She is a professional and makes you feel comfortable and is also very technically skilled. I just wish the waiting area of Element was a little more comfortable-it's so relaxing once you get the to the treatment room but the hard benches and lots of people in the waiting room don't make me feel very relaxed when I first enter! Only negative thing about going there.

Simple, calm atmosphere, wonderful masseuse who got the amount of pressure just right. Will be going back. Highly recommend.
