Dr. Pentsova has been wonderful! I live in a different part of the state but she has continued to manage my case via telemedicine video calls. She has always communicated well with me. She always responds via the patient portal and is always prompt and extremely helpful during telemedicine appointments! She has a calm and reassuring attitude while also being honest and straightforward.

Communication is awful. Doesn’t answer emails through patient portal. She’s never on time for appointments. My mother was diagnosed with an aggressive brain cancer (glioblastoma). This doctor’s presentation is very cold and disconnected. Her heavy accent makes it very hard to understand her English. She did not provide the correct details of a clinical trial which led my mother on to think the clinical trial could be done near her home in South Carolina. This doctor doesn’t know what she is doing. She presents very confused and unsure of what she is talking about. This doctor wasted a lot my mother’s precious time. Patients beware!
