Don’t go here. I never write reviews but the haircut was terrible. I went in for a low skin taper in the back. Not even a full haircut. I went back to my car and looked at it and had to go back in two more times for them to try and fix it. Two different barbers tried fixing it and it was still terrible. Lines in the back. And to top it off they charge $30 for a haircut. Don’t go

They do good hair cuts. But they don't really accept walk ins. I live around the block happen to me 3 times so I'm never walking in there again. I sit and wait for 30 min just for them all to tell me they are all fully booked.
I was so embarrassed. If I can give negative stars I would.

Great job by Billy really makes you feel comfortable and makes your preference the priority in the styling and the cut.

Great atmosphere, all barbers are professional and courteous, and great family environment, definitely felt satisfied with the haircut i got.

It was a bit higher priced than I expected but nonetheless was fantastic and exemplary from beard to haircut! Reminded me of some of the best hair cuts I've had!

It's clean sanitized. They have really good barbers as well. BUT my favorite barber is Felix.

When I was coming here in the beginning it was great. As of recently, it’s been a bit unprofessional. Barbers just choose when not to come in even if they have appointments. Last I came in the early morning, the place was a bit dirty with hair absolutely everywhere on the floor. I’m giving three stars though because everyone gives pretty great cuts.

Unprofessional. I was there but the barber took his friends over customer. This place is like there hang out spot and they could care less about their customers. If you looking for customer service this is not the place. I will never recommend this place to anyone.

Extremely unprofessional. I was a relatively new customer and my barber was a no show for two appointments in a row. For the first one at least he had the decency to make up an excuse. This last one I didn't even get a text back. Believe me, the cuts are nowhere near good enough to justify this arrogance. Dude is definitely more focused on his "career" as a second rate instagrammer than he is on his business. I'd avoid.

Came here for the first time for a haircut. Prices are 20 for an adult. The place is a bit messy and the atmosphere is different than other mom and pops barber shops. This environment may be great for some but not so great for others. There is music playing, and xbox with a flat screen TV. The barbers here are a younger generation. The parking lot is small and is shared with stores next door. There is vaping that goes on, which for me is great bc I am also a vaper. My haircut did not come out the best. Once I got home I noticed there were strands of hair that I needed to clean up on my own. The customer service aspect was not bad, barber was polite and he tried to be detailed as possible to cut my hair the way I wanted.

Make sure you see a certificate on the wall of the barber you select. Avoid the kid with the weird tattoos. Otherwise, you'll end up leaving with an elite toupee, Elite bs.

I knew I was in the right place when I got waved over to the first chair and I could see tattoos on his fingers of; scissors, a comb, a straight razor, a barber pole.

Conversation and laughter are a constant. The only time I have been there and conversation has been slow has been because the entire shop is watching something together, something interesting enough for customers to end up engrossed in.

On one visit, there was a game of FIFA being played, and I only realized it was a video game after a goal was scored and one of the barbers exclaims, "You're gettin' beat by a CUSTOMER, man! "

As to the quality of their work, I have yet to be disappointed. Every barber is definitely worthy of the title, and each can use a straight razor as proficiently as a buzzer or scissor.

If you're looking for the classic barber shop experience, this is the place to be.

Guess they don't care about new customers. Showed up and was told I had one ahead of me. After the fifth person who walked in after me was seated I had to leave. I asked for an appointment the following day was told 12: 00 pm. Showed up at 11: 55 and waited till 12: 20. No customer service at all. Very unprofessional. Not to likely to recommend to a friend.

I dont think this guy with the 1 star has been to most barbershops on the island. 20 minute wait after your appt isnt bad at all how about going to suave barbershop in tville waiting like almost a hr and 1/2 after the time the barber texted me to come in. Elite barbershop in my opinion is one of the best on the island and better than whos next, goodfellas, & way better than masters.

Been going to John for years. Place is great. They keep it clean and the barbers are all highly skilled. Highly recommended.

Place is great, the barbers are well trained, well skilled, they give you what you want, how you want it in a well professional manor, the atmosphere is great there, very customer, child and family friendly been going to my barber for years and never hada bad experience as well as never seen anyone have a bad experience. Everyone looking to get their head of hair to maximum freshness should go check this place out, you will not be disappointed
