When i first started with this company i was nervous. Once i got in, the love and commitment, hard work and dedication this company show their employees is outstanding. There are alot of career changing opportunities at elite and its only growing stronger!

If I was to rate Elite as a whole, I’d give them a 3 out of 5. Specifically because, when it came to the pandemic, we weren’t supplied proper essentials for protection, not including the fact that hazardous pay wasn’t even an option. There’s room for growth, hours are good and they definitely work with you, so that’s good. The staff is pretty respectful. Would I recommend to a friend? Yes because they definitely make it their duty to work on their imperfections when addressed about it.

An unprofessional company who doesn’t care about their workers and thinks that their employees lives only revolve around this company. Wouldn’t recommend working here. Overworked & certainly not paid enough for the things they have to deal with.

My experience with Elite over the years has been ok working with some previous managers but my current area manager has been extremely awesome! Always responsive to stuations, requests for time off, etc. Never dissappoints.

Didn't actually visit this place.it on the same route as one of my deliveries on Grand St in Hoboken, NJ. Spoke with the assistance Op Manager about jobs.he said when I'm ready for a Pt gig, give him a call. He was really helpful.

I have been working with a Elite Investigations for the past seven years. It has been an excellent experience all along. The way we are treated is like if we are family. To me it has been the best employer I have had. Love the family oriented environment we have.

I live in a senior building, and Elite Investigations runs security for the building. The guards are unprofessional and irresponsible. They have been letting people come up to my apartment without my permission. This has happened at least 4 times, including once late at night. If security rings the bell and I don’t answer, then I am not available to have someone come up to my door. I may be sleeping, or not at home, or I may not know the person who is trying to come see me. It is unprofessional and unsafe for a security guard to send visitors up to my door without my consent.

I have tried to speak to both the security guard and the field manager at Elite Investigations, and both were rude and refused to deal with the issue.

One of the most professional places I have ever encountered. I would highly recommend either utilizing the services they provide or becoming a part of their team. They have the size of a well seasoned and rapidly expanding corporation and yet they sustain a prominent rapport with every single one of their clients and employees.

There a good company with great people and there's always overtime available, watch out for Mr Wayne Trip that guys a real jerk he speaks to his employees like there garbage he completely ruined my work experience with them.

This is the worst company I’ve ever worked for. There’s no kind of professionalism, most of the positive comments I see are actually managers who work for the company. They never make employees aware of call outs and will tell you 15 minutes after your shift that you’re mandated to work 4 hours past your scheduled shift. Anytime I needed to reach out to them it was nearly impossible to speak with any manager unless they needed you to come in or stay longer. Overall a terrible experience.

My experience with this company was the worst, The clients were cool and the security officers I was working with were cool but otherwise from that the security company didn’t care about their employees. I was running up and down in the middle of the pandemic for my checks because they don’t do direct deposit I was told. They also ask me for my information from the bank for direct deposit when I got hired for the job. After all the frustration with my checks going different places for me to pickup. I have decided to quite the job after almost 4 months working for the company, because they couldn’t find a solution for me to get paid by direct deposit. At the end my last pay I received was a direct deposit from this company to my bank account. That shows me how cruel this company is to their employees.

I was working for Elite about 6 months just a few days ago I was terminated and nobody never Notify me this company is very unprofessional I wouldn’t recommend anyone to work here

I was robbed by an employee. I left my bag at my permanent site I took off for one day I came back and not only did another guard wear my coat. But stole money out of my wallet. When I bought it to management attention. I was told i was wrong even after proof of employee with my stuff. I was hired as a flagger for 16.25 however salary for flagger is 22.50 everywhere, else. I wouldnt reccomend, any one working as a flagger for this company. Management took me off a schedule that allowed me to be with my kids, and, tried to place me on overnight shift. After 40 hour work week freezing temperatures and discrimination at work site I only make 475 after taxes not worth headache

Unorganized. Work Not consistent with what they tell you when hired at certain locations. Low ball on the pay. Overwhelming due to the unprofessional staff they have. By far the worst company when it come to being organized and the safety of the guard at certain sites. They won’t let me re post. So I’ll edit. They know I did the manager job and at a unsafe area that they did not care about. I had to go the the call center which is a receptionist. I will give any one more info on finding a way better job. They right just show to work. Don’t expect anything else for them.
