Not a good experience to say the least, the employee was distracted buying perfumes during my pedicure and by other vendors. Ripped my cuticle and caused an infection in my toe that took a week for the pain and swelling to go down. Maybe with nails and stuff they are ok but I wouldn't get a pedicure here for my life.

The staff are very professional and friendly and setting is very inviting, clean, and beautiful, money well spent

I was not satisfied at all with my service. I had to redo my nails the next day at home. Never going back.

This is like my 5th time here. The place is actually really beautiful and clean but they keep changing up prices! Today I paid $35 for a reg gel pedi! I told her the oarrafin comes with the pedi and she told me it's $5 extra if I didn't give her a card. I showed where on the card it says it's free and she still charged me! I will have to find a new place.

This is a nice place! I love to do my nails with Adela.she is very great. The only thing is there’s no parking.

The place is nice and clean the only problem, but MAJOR problem during these times is that
entire staff was not wearing masks! Their masks were under their chin, below their nose etc. Will not be going back any time soon.

The only thing I didn't like was that they talk soooooo much. My nails grow weird and she was able to make them look good. I will try them again. Hopefully, I'll have the same good experience.

If I could’ve give no star I would, the service here is poor, they took forever to do your nails and the professionalism is beyond poor, they talk about their customers in Spanish and then laugh about It like it’s funny, there’s just so much to say about this place I might just write a book but I’ll just advice you DO NOT go here because you do your nails today and 2 days later it start breaking and they’re charging $5 for each broken nail like it’s your fault.

Horrible customer service. My daughter arrived at 9 am today to get her nails done for her birthday and was completely ignored by staff. Staff were taking other walk-ins in front of her. Will be taking her to Envy or Crazy nails. Will never come here again. So unprofessional.

It was wonderful at first when the owner was there now that shes hardly there the only english speaking person working there she double the prices she lost a lot of customers now

It’s so beautiful inside, everyone is welcoming. A few don’t know how to speak English but I had a friend with me who translated. If u don’t speak Spanish this is a bad idea. I got a regular gel manicure and it came out really good and the price is the same usually everywhere which is 20$. My friend on the other hand got acrylics with gel and chrome which were asked to be coffined but were SOOO skinny on the sides and insanely chunky and costed 50$. For that reason I most likely won’t come back. Get your moneys worth and pay extra to get good nails

Go my daughter eye lash down on Sunday and the left side just fall off, spend 45 dollars on two day alone the lady didn't know what she were doing

I came in to get tips and a pedicure and have been here since 4: 45 and it’s now 7: 10 and all I have done is my pedicure and glued on tips because the lady who did my feet noticed I was waiting a long time. There have only been about 5 customers that have come in for service since I’ve been here. The lack of customer service and urgency is ridiculous. I came in because this place is beautiful and I needed my nails done and wanted to give them a second chance. I was told to wait for a technician that was doing a manicure. She finished but continued to talk to him instead of taking me and doing my nails. This place is beautiful for no reason, because they are lacking in there work. This is actually my second time here, the first mani and pedi cracked and wore off in 3 days while on vacation. I was also the only person here. This place will be out of business in 4 months due to there lack of customer service and professionalism. Mind you the people they are attentive to are Spanish. The only person who tried to accommodate me was the technician that did my pedicure.

I went there this evening for a pedicure, it was the worst pedicure I ever had in my 25+ years of getting pedicures. They tried to charge me $30 for French pedicure and then the owner went down to $25, which I have my own Essie colors with me. The nail tech had very long nails that she could not even hold the cuticle instruments or the scrubbing brush to give a decent pedicure. The cuticle cutters kept slipping from her fingers I just knew I would be missing a tie. Her polishing was very sloppy because her nails kept getting in the way. The place is very glamorous however the nail techs seem like they just passed their boards. I only came here because my my regular pedicure tech was not available, however I wish I would have waited she tried to get fancy and do a V formation on the big toe and it came out uneven when she tried to straighten it she just wiped it with some nail polish remover and then continued, instead of cleaning off the polish and starting over. I take pride in my appearance and have been complemented regularly on my feet this just will not do I will not be darkening their door ever again although the owner or manager said she’d see me into weeks, not gonna happen.

Honestly the worst place I’ve ever been to, in order to get my nails done. I payed 25 dollars for a regular pedicure, which normally cost 15-17 dollars the most even at the best nail salons, on top of that my nails were done so horrible. Some nails are thick and unshaped/uneven, they didn’t clean my nails. They were rushing entirely just because they wanted to get out of there. Won’t be visiting this place again. In all I spent 55 dollars, which I would normally spend way less at even the most expensive nail salons.

Marlene was the best, she did a filling for me on top of a crappy job that I previously got done at another place. She worked her magic and i love my nails! The shape and the color. 5 star rating, i would recommend her to anyone
