Elixir Air Conditioning & Heating did a great job replacing our furnace and air conditioning coils. Our heater went out in the middle of winter, which was a crisis. Elixir Air Conditioning & Heating sent out a service technician very quickly. He was able to diagnose the problem and offer a few good solutions. The installation tech, Jesus, arrived on time and was very helpful and efficient. He did a great job installing the new system!

I have used this business for several years. It is easy to get an appointment for emergencies or for regular maintenance services. The staff are always helpful, friendly, and able to answer questions. Communication about appointments is frequent. You know when they will be there with reminders about appointments and a call before the personnel arrive.

Elixir Air Conditioning & Heating team came out to install a new furnace, air conditioner, humidifier, and new thermostat. They we right on time and did a stellar job through the whole install. They were very quick, friendly, knowledgeable and over came some tricky obstacles to get everything in. During the install, service followed up to arrange the duct cleaning. I would definitely recommend Elixir Air Conditioning & Heating for any needs, stellar customer service and great technicians.

Regular maintenance. Tech spent quite a while checking everything carefully, changed filters, tested humidifier and took the time to obtain a non- standard humidifier filter/core. He explained everything and answered my question clearly. Well done!

His charges were very reasonable and he explained everything he was doing and answered all of my questions. He was always on time, polite, respectful and cleaned up after himself. I was very impressed and will highly recommend them.

They were kind enough to replace an air filter at no additional cost to me after I accidentally ran over the filter I purchased when I was backing out of the parking spot. They previously replaced my home furnace and while it was pricey, the work was done extremely well by friendly and efficient employees.
