I need relationships with honest, responsive experts in home repair. Everybody has been squeezed during COVID and it has become more difficult to get roof repairs done. I'm so glad I found Elixir Roofing Company, who have been quick on the job and very professional, willing to take on smaller roof jobs when so many roofing companies only have time for full replacements. The company that was there for me in the small repairs.

Elixir Roofing & Siding technician arrived on time, and his crew did an excellent job. We are extremely pleased with the outcome. They also repaired my roof and skylights, and they did an excellent job. When my eavestroughs began to leak again, I asked them to return and inspect it. It wasn't due to their work, but rather to the work of a previous contractor. Not only did the technician repair it, but he also cleaned out the eavestrough for free. These guys are incredible!

Everyone was helpful and answered all my questions. They treat you like a person. If you want a company that is great to work with, this is the company.

Elixir Roofing Company was fantastic to work with on my roof replacement. All details were discussed upfront and without any pressure. The crew that put on the roof were very quick and respectful of my property and the neighborhood. Roof tech stayed to make sure every detail was taken care of and everything around the house was clean and returned to its normal place.

I am considering solar sand and wanted to have my roof checked out first to see if any needed to be done. Majorie was very responsive, scheduled a free eval, showed up on time, and gave a thorough, credible evaluation. I don't need work done now but I'd definitely go with them when I do based on their honesty and professionalism.

The technician one of the owners was extremely knowledgeable and informative about the damage and what it would take to repair it. Checked in after a few months after repair and several months after repair to make sure the repair solved all problems. I have and will continue to recommend Elixir Roofing for any roof repair or replacement. Will use them in the future if needed.

The technician was great to work with. Very prompt and professional. He was quick to reply to all of our questions and we always knew where we were in the process. His crews were diligent, on-time and did a great job of taking care of our property. We highly recommend Elixir Roofing Company!

After some storm damage this Spring, we contacted Elixir Roofing Company to inspect the damage and replace our roof. The communication was great and the whole process went smoothly start to finish. The crew started early around 7 am and were finished around 4 pm. The crew was quick, polite and clean. Their industry and insurance knowledge is unmatched. Our situation was a frustrating one with insurance, but these guys made it happen. I cannot recommend this wonderful locally owned small business enough. We will use them forever!

I have a leaking roof and I’m pretty sure there’s a big job to get done, so I started researching roofing companies in the area. Elixir came up with good ratings, so I gave them a call. I should have listened to the bad reviews, because they are absolutely true. From my experience, this company does not care about the customer or the work, they only want to scam you into buying a service membership.

I foolishly purchased the membership as the saleswoman urged me, promising me priority attention and a Sunday time slot ahead of others. I paid this premium price because of the considerable size of my jobs and the urgency they require. I was given a 4 hour window on Sunday and told someone would call me half hour before arriving.

An hour into the window on Sunday, after canceling all plans, I have heard nothing. When I call elixir to inquire, I’m told that the technician is on schedule and will call me later before showing up in the window. Two hours later, with only an hour left, I call AGAIN and am told by someone else that this is being escalated and someone will come within the hour. I wait another half hour and call again, to be told that in fact nobody is available today at all and nobody is coming. They canceled the appointment entirely, and ghosted me. They weren’t even planning to let me know out of courtesy.

Bottom line is that you cannot trust a company that screws up on day one. If they can’t even live up to their own scheduled appointments to view work, how can anyone actually trust them to do actual work if a job begins?

The sad thing is that I paid for this membership knowing that I would be using it for several large jobs this year, but now even that has been canceled. A refund of this scam membership is being processed. Funny thing is that Elixir representatives made no apology and processed the refund so fast it almost seems like they don’t care about the work at all. If they did they would have attempted to make things right. Pathetic.

Stay away. There are actual roofing contractors in town that will give free estimates and who have respect for their customers and their company reputations. If I could give negative stars I would.

After a few scheduling hiccups Elixir Roofing Company did an excellent job of installing our roof. The installers were courteous and professional and finished on time in just one day. They left the job site cleaner than they found it. Mike did the final inspection and posted a video highlighting the details of the work performed and explaining the benefits. All in all an excellent job completed on time at a competitive price. I highly recommend it.

The Elixir Roofing Company crew did an outstanding job! Despite super hot days the crew worked diligently to get our roof completed. When they were finished the roof looked great and no one would ever know they had been in my yard. They were even conscientious about a mourning dove nest on one of our windows, trying to keep the momma bird from getting too upset. Super experience, I would highly recommend!
