Reading reviews bc thats the life we all live i wasnt so sure about this place.
But the pain i was in i didnt sleep for two days i went to two different hospitals not much they can do when comes to teeth but they tried. I called here to see the soonest they can get me in they got me in that morning. I still wasnt sure what was going to happen but soon i got called back and met the doctor Dr. Rouse she was absolutely amazing. My pain was so bad she telling me calm down breath with my nose she didnt let me see any needles seem like she just knew me and knew i would get more freaked. The instant relief she gave me was amazing i got home n passed out for few! Long story short she will now be my dentist and i will absolutely recommend her.

Was so very happy to have Dr. Rouse become my dentist. She is to the point in a good way, calming, and precise.

I would now rather go to her and have novacaine injections and have the work done rather than put under elsewhere ; she is that good and a Doctor that I trust.

She also knows her stuff and what to use and what to adjust -refreshing!
She cares for her patients and it shows. All the staff have been great. Thank you!

By far the worst experience I've ever had with a dentist. Made an appt had to wait 6 months for it. The day of my appointment I show up and they claimed to have called the day before to cancel after waiting 6 months. Then told I would have to wait another 4 months to be seen. Been trying to call and they screen your calls and refuse to answer. After waiting so long I ended up with such a bad infection I had to go to urgent care and seek another dentist.

Did not give patient dental treatment, instead questioned him just because he was having a bad day. Did not bother to let family know what was going on with the patient in the yellow zone. Kept the patient away from family and started phishing, Questioning him and set him off. Would not let family confer with him. Lied and said he was Okay in their office when he wasn’t. If you have special needs family members, don’t bring them here!

Michelle is hands down the greatest employee working for this dental office. She provides exceptional service and truly cares about her patients and their well-being

The dentist is the worse. Uncaring, don't care about your pain will never go there again.they them about my pain issues they don't care. Gave a dentist that does not fit. I can't eat with it and they don't care.

Canceled my dental 3 times without telling me until the day of.on hole for 45mins just to reschedule and wait 3 more months

I really want to like this place, but their call center is a joke. I tried calling multiple times, and each time, I waited over 20 minutes for an automatic system to tell me they're having issues and couldn't complete my call. How is anyone supposed to get anything done this way? Mychart is no help, either. I messaged my doctor to go over blood results, and I haven't heard back. I've never had an issue getting through to a doctors office, let alone having to call myself to go over my results. When in the office, I was pressured to schedule a follow-up appointment to go over my results, which I thought was unnecessary. So I said I would wait for the doctor to call me. I guess that's not how it works?

Dental service at Ellenville Family Practice is really good.
My parents, my kids, me and my wife, all of us getting different different service there from last 4 years
Their doctors are very good. They are really helpful with scheduling and all other manner. Mainly Erica is very helpful.
I really appreciate it.
