Ellison Heights Apartment Homes, Rochester NY

Beautiful apartments from the outside, however unless you’re on the top floor they’re very noisy. We were on the first floor and constantly listened to the people above us walking around and slamming doors due to the wooden vinyl flooring. Shower leaks, and they say there’s nothing they can due to fix that it was just how they were built. Younger people were constantly having noisy parties in our building and we even had packages taken. The staff is nice when you move in but often failed to follow up on things. For the price that they charge I expected so much more and am glad to have moved out and be in a much quieter building now. The maintenance staff are quick and down to earth. Nice layouts and paint colors but not worth the noise you have to put up with due to the poor quality materials used.

I moved into Ellison Heights after college. Jamy and David have been nothing but pleasant and efficient. Everything I needed/wanted was handled so quickly and perfectly! Every maintenance request I’ve made has been acknowledged and handled within 3 hours. The apartments are beautiful, clean, and properly maintained. Every building has security access that only residents can access. I’m a single woman living alone and I’ve never felt safer than I do in these apartments. I love it here, never want to leave!

I've been at Ellison Heights almost 6 months now and I couldn't be happier. The complex is beautiful, well-maintained, and everyone is very friendly. Maintenance is so fast and attentive, and the outside spaces can't be beat! I love it here!

Wow. Just wow. I was looking for an apartment for my girlfriend last minute as I live in Los Angeles. Most apartments including high end apartments anywhere tend to have rude staff or just not caring after the lease is signed. However, that is not the case here.
Jamy Shumway is one of the kindest people I’ve ever met. We walked in, saw the apartments and we moved in 5 hours later. YES. 5 hours later. He made it happen on a Friday afternoon. We walked in at 9: 30 am and had the keys to the apartment by 2: 30.
Anyways, WiFi here clocks in at about 300megabits per second plus free cable from spectrum which would cost over 99 dollars a month anywhere else. Such a delight that the building pays for that. Maintenance team is also so very friendly.
I had to put in a service request for low water pressure in one of the showers which turned out to be my fault. However maintenance was here the very next day to take care of that. Very very impressed. Thank you very much.

Such a beautiful complex! On top of that, the staff is beyond helpful & always willing to go out of their way for their residents. We couldn't be happier!

The leasing agent Jamy and Property Manager Areli have been fantastic to work with in getting situated at Ellison Heights. Any issues or concerns I have are taken seriously, they are very knowledgable and are quick to act.

As for the property itself we love it. The apartments are really nice and everything is quality. I highly recommend living here.
