I like response of everybody that I dealt with and also too. It was also nice and clean. I noticed how clean and everything was all in order that look good

The Service Manager, Casey, called me. He apologized for the sheer lack of professionalism displayed by his employees. He then picked up my car the next day, had it fixed and returned it to me, at no charge. Now that is making things right when damage is done! Thank you!

I went there to have my car diagnosed for a check engine light. It was the catalytic converter. Bought the part, schedule the change, spent almost $1,700. Pick up the car, check engine light comes back on that night and my car is loud sounding. My partner and I look under the car and there's a hole in my flex pipe. They are closed through the weekend, call Monday and they can't get me in until Wednesday afternoon. They come out and tell me the check engine light comes on after 100 miles of the new converter being placed on (no problem, but was never told that when I left the first time) and the damage to the flex pipe happened as a result of putting on the new converter. She tells me, "I wish we would've caught that and told you that before you left last time. " But then follows it by saying I would be in the same boat as they can't fix it there. Then, I go to leave AND THE CHECK ENGINE LIGHT IS STILL ON! The tech never reset the code after all that. I've used this place several times but this will be last. How can you cause damage to someone's vehicle and then not be honest about it or offer money off or reimbursement for the damage since I now have to take it elsewhere to get it fixed because they don't weld there. Exhausted, frustrated and spent my savings for this service.

They aren’t even worth a 1 star rating.
Completely misleading. Purchased a “certified pre owned” it says they’ll provide a carfax which is a brand of vehicle history report and they did not. They provided a vague experian report that showed clean and clear of no accidents or damages. When I pulled the carfax myself I found the truth and the damages reported. We are now seeking suit. Save yourself a headache and go elsewhere.

Mike Smith was absolutely fantastic to work with! I would hands down recommend him to anyone. When I found "issues" with my new to me Ford Expedition Max, he made sure his service department made them right. I can't give any lower stars because the sales was fantastic. The detailing team needs to detail a bit better but I can't complain on my sales experience one bit! Go to Elm and buy from Mike!

The people at Elm are always very pleasant when you call. Scheduling is easy and they take great care of your vehicle. Plus the text updates are great. We have 3 vehicles and Elm services them all. Keep up the great work Elm Chevy!

Got a recall notice, called to schedule appointment, there was no accommodation offered or suggested regarding the time that I get out of work. I work in Corning.not taking time off of work to drive down for something as simple as a windshield wiper repair And they have no Saturday hours. Well, actually they have Saturday hours if you want to buy a car but not to have anything fixed.

Came in at closing time with a large nail in my tire. They informed me that they wouldn’t have the time needed to fix the tire properly that night so they immediately gave me a vehicle to drive for the evening and told me not to worry, my tire would be repaired first thing in the morning. They are problem solvers and look for the best way for people to get through challenging situations.

I give the parts department a 5star rating, and the Company over all, 4stars, Mike in the parts department is definitely an added asset to this business, and always reliable with any assistance you may need. Quick with return phone calls with pricing and availability of parts and services. Mike and the team in the parts department, keep doing what you guys do to help serve our community of travel and keep the automotive industry running. Great job! Kudos to you all.

This review is specifically for Spm empanadas! They are amazing! SPM Empanadas is a food truck I came across located in the parking lot of various businesses in Elmira NY. The have a variety of empanadas they serve- my order included beef, beef and cheese, and an apple pie empanada. The empanadas were cooked to perfection with crispy shell and meat filled pillows of beef. The apple pie empanada taste almost identical to an apple pie with just the right amount of cinnamon and topped off with a dusting of powered sugar. If you just so happen to catch this mobile food business check them out!

We bought two cars from Elm in the last six weeks. Can't say enough good things about them. First, we did go around to a few different dealerships as it was my daughter's first car buying experience. I don't know about all of them, but two dealerships stood out with having pricing on their cars - Elm and Williams. We saw one dealership with all sorts of new inventory (when inventory is scarce, btw) but not one sticker on a vehicle. My guess is that they are charging over sticker price. Both Elm Chevy and Williams both stated that they refuse to charge more than sticker, even though they could get the extra money.

As for service, Randy Marsh was great to work with. The process was fast and efficient, they found us the best loan rates, and the service was excellent.

I dropped my truck off there nine months ago with the expectation of a new crate motor to be installed after I gave a quote to my bank. They issued me a check which I turned over to the dealership to place a new crate engine in my truck after having my truck for eight months, they decided a crate engine couldn’t be bought so instead, I was only given one option and that was to put a used engine in my vehicle after putting the used engine with no warranty in my vehicle it was the same price as it would’ve been for a new crate engine, with a three-year 100,000 mile warranty which I originally was quoted for. And what my bank expected when they gave me the check to bring to Elm Chevrolet to purchase the new crate engine.in the meantime I was issued a loaner car, but I was still paying my truck payment $ 567.73 every month for a dead truck that was sitting in the lot at Elm Chevy. I was told that the truck had been moved several times between parking lots and the truck had been run too much to rebuild the engine even though, I watch the truck being delivered from the tow company to Elm Chevy. I witnessed the tow truck driver start the truck drive it off his tow truck and park it in the lot. I had a terrible experience. There is zero communication from the service department I had to make all contacts to them, there are scratches on my truck that were not there before as well as my truck needs a lot of new parts due to sitting and not being utilized. Also, I was given the truck back before the codes were cleared all the way and told to bring it back for an inspection within one day of taking the truck the check engine light came on And I have to wait another week before I can get it back in to be serviced all around. I am not happy with the service and the communication I received.

I purchased a 2022 Chevrolet Colorado LT on 10/19/2022. The salesman was VERY friendly and made the transaction very smooth and seamless. All the staff went out of their way to answer any questions I had. I'm very pleased with the vehicle I purchased and will return to Elm Chevrolet in the future.

Easy access into service dept. Nice and clean, clearly marked signs. Service staff come out and great you before you even get out of your vehicle.

Thanks to the Sales Dept and the service department for taking care of my car so quickly yesterday so we could take our vacation. I was treated very well, especially by the sales manager and my salesman. They made me feel like a very important person. Thanks Elm Chevrolet for the wonderful care.

Beware! They will jack up the purchase price thousands of dollars over the already ridiculously high advertised MSRP price with Bogus Dealer fees and Market Value Adjustment fee. Yes, some other Dealers also do this (that is Elm's defense) but there are more respectable Dealers in the area that don't!

I already talked to you before I left above review. Basically was told I had to pay Bogus fees (Which added up to around $3000 over MSRP) or buy elsewhere, which I did. I got a brand new Truck in Rochester for MSRP so I saved $3000 off your price. Was worth driving 100 miles out of town to save $3K. You can charge whatever price you want for your vehicles. I just wanted to tell people to Beware of your Bogus Dealer fees and Market Value Adjustment fee - they can go elsewhere and get a Much better price!
