5Great doctors but they don’t allow you to make appointments besides for physicals. To be seen for something minor that doesn’t need a same day appointment, you can’t. It is not feasible for a parent trying to coordinate work schedule and doctors appointments!
The answering customer service when the office is on a lunch hour needs to be Retrained in customer service and not to talk over people. Most annoying thing is when someone talks over you before they get the chance to hear you out.
All my kids had dr klienburg. She is amazing. She always listened to my concerns. They have great extra hours for short notice visits. I took my kids several times on a sunday. We have since moved but i will always be thankful for dr. Klienburgs care!
I m insatisfait I took my son in there office 3 days ago he have fever and caught the doctor she didn’t check well it was quickly consultation she said give him Motrin or ibuprofen. The fever doesn’t gone it’s 4 days now I will call for another appointment today it’s not first time that happens I will look for another office.
Love all the physicians! We have been with Elmwood Pediatrics for almost 19 years, we met Dr Cleary in the NICU when my daughter was born. My son has Dr Hoeger, we love him. Never had a bad experience.
