7Our experience was not as pleasant as our past Hilton stays. The service and quality of our accommodations did not meet the standard of excellence we'd come to expect, as Honors members, from any Hilton brand hotel.
Quiet, clean and spacious hotel. The hotel staff was attentive to our questions and needs.
I was very disappointed. I'm in their top tier but it wasn't acknowledged. There was no customer service except for the valet. The property is nice though. Oh, don't believe that you'll receive breakfast even though it's advertised.
Loved every moment since I have been here. Would definitely stay here again. The valet can take a while sometimes but other than that, I love this place
I've never left a review before but this hotel inspired me to. I will never again assume that paying more for a hotel gets you more. This place is a great example. I paid for a separate bedroom. The tv room has no window and looks pretty gloomy. They advertised a breakfast which was a pick it yourself cooler with frozen breakfast sandwiches. Pretty terrible. The elevator is messed up and started going up and down, top to bottom, before I had to press the help button. The staff was great, zero problems. But this place sucks. I feel ripped off. PS- my daughter liked the microwave mini-pancakes.
I called 3 times an they hung up on me 3 times what a piece of junk this place is. No one should stay there.
We stopped in because we were catching a shuttle to a wedding. Had a drink at the bar in the lobby. Reasonable prices, great friendly service.
