I made 9: 30am appointment and they had me 10: 30 am appointment. The service man told me he was sorry and he would get me in as soon as possible. I made the appointment 3 weeks prior and he put me in at 10: 30. I ask for 9: 00 am appointment he said he had 9: 30 am appointment so I took it.

Parts guys are helpful and have been pretty good at their role. I avoid Emerling as a rule. But they deserve special credit. Otherwise it would be 1star.
