Great hours. 8am is perfection. Mix between old and new brands. Not a huge but well utilized space. Friendly staff which is rare these days.

The lady is so nice! It’s black owned which made me happy and the prices are fair and wayyyy cheaper than Wow Africa. I went for the first time today because I was tired of feeling like a criminal and being watched at wow Africa. I came to emotan and the lady at the register helped me find everything I needed for my silk press. Will be going here from now on! I’ve attached some photos of the products I bought and the prices.

Oh my Lord, where do i start! This store and the owner, the best of the best. When i tell you a kind hearted and humble woman, i can't find words to describe her. Just going into the store, the atmosphere is so sweet you just have to shop.we need to let others know to support this wonderful God sent store.

The clerk was just all out rude. No reverence for human life. I don’t recommend this place at all. Hard to find anything. Apparently it’s offensive to ask for assistance these days. It’s sad. It’s important to understand a question that is being asked before making negative assumptions.

I normally don't do reviews but I love shopping here. The owner is someone who remembers you. She is humble and gracious. She answers questions honestly. I've bought many products for me and my toddlers and I have never been disappointed about the selection and quality. She has a good collection of organic shampoos and conditioners. And did I mention her PRICES? Her PRICES can't be beat. Compare for yourself. Some people think the store is small. The store actually has two sides. Only one side of the store is used for hair care products. I imagine if business picks up she could easily expand into the other side. I like it the way it is because you can ask for help from any part of the store without having to walk back and forth. I enjoy the personal experience and no one is following you around.if you are a label reader like me, you can take the time you need to figure out which product would be best for you. I truly missed shopping here during the lockdown. I'm so happy this shop made it. I hope more people will begin to patronize the store so we don't have to worry about losing a GEM of a place like this.

Its very small inside and many products you cant reach to see bc they are hanging up - high. I appreciate it bc its black owned. I hope she get to expand one day.

Really small inside. Happy to support a small business. On the other hand bought a brush and broke immediately as I tried to use it.went in to explain and it somehow became my fault. A poor attitude is bad for business.
