Horrible and terrible service, I ordered a ham loaf to order 2 days in advance as they require, the next day Juliana called me to confirm my order and to charge me and it turns out that when the guy who serves me arrived he told me that he They never informed him of my order, that is, I had nothing. They offered me some bread that they had left over from the previous day that they didn't pick up. The lack of respect towards customers is horrible. I was a regular customer and I NEVER SHOP AT THAT PLACE AGAIN

A Great Family Environment, I felt at home. The waitress Maria Jose was very friendly and had a great sense of service, the cooks were very friendly and attentive to our orders as well. Dayana and Wendy thank you very much. It will always be a pleasure to return to this great place for authentic Venezuelan food.

The best empanadas in New York. Seeing Jennifer and Dayana make the empanadas on the spot with that love and good energy makes you want to eat 10 empanadas. Cris is super kind and friendly, always with a smile on his face. Thank you guys for making me feel like I was in Venezuela. They are the best example of being Venezuelan.

Small place not so much eat-in but for amazing empanadas. Freshly made and the best I've ever had!

We placed an order by phone and everything was fine within the expected time. We had a problem that we were missing a product in the order but when we told them they solved it in a very cordial manner. Everything delicious, clean and cordial. The girl already treated me very kindly.

I have lived here for years and have never been because I thought the empanadas were expensive. But for $5 you get something that's double the size of a regular empanada, freshly made to order, and generously filled. I wish tried it YEARS ago but now I'm glad I found this place. Can't wait to come back and try more flavors.

Eliana served us, a big group of over 20 people and she was amazing! The food, as always, always delicious and the ambiance was the best. We can’t recommend this spot enough!

Good spot to try a few plates that I’m familiar with but added twist. We tried the Venezuelan version of salchipapas, delicious!
I wasn’t a fan of the ham and cheese but maybe better for lunch.
I will check this out again for a mid day meal!
