Food cold bland and messy (some mixed with other food oil)
Less verity than before, and taste got worse, too, especially the hot and sour soup tastes bad.
Don't even think to try sushi
Horrible tasteless ice cream
Horrible soft drinks taste like water
Service too slow and bad on top of that they give you a bad look if you don't tip!

My 4th time here and my last

They seemed to be running low on things. They had chicken wings in about 5 different spots. Have been here in a while. They have seemed to have gone downhill a little bit. Still overall a reasonably priced meal.

Clean, excellent variety, dishes range widely in quality but that can come down to personal taste. Oddly had no dumplings. Enjoyed the many seafood options.

Horrible family establishment, every time I've gone it was always something bad, 1st time in years and the food was undercooked, horrible customer service, and waitress said something foul in her language about my 7 year old daughter, second time management tried to over charge me and I went in with a 10% off coupon and he never gave me my discount.today was the last straw for me I witnessed the same manager whom tried to over charge me try to scam a church pastor whom hasn't been in Syracuse for 4 years and called for a reservation of 20 people including himself. This poor pastor, was forced to come back to the establishment after paying and leaving and had tried to have a civil conversation with the manager, the manager tried to tell the pastor he failed to pay for one of the guests, sad part about the situation was the guest whom didn't pay came in to say hello, never had a drink nor had anything to eat.and the manager still tried to force the pastor to pay and respectfully refused too, and told the manager he wasn't going to allow him to scream in his face and said " call the police so we can get this sorted out, or I'm leaving and going home". As he tried to leave the manager called the police so the pastor respectfully sat down and waited for authorities to arrive to explain what really happened after bickering for about 15 mins or so with the police and the manager, about the situation, the police gave the pastor the option to either walk away or pay the man for the guest whom ever ate anything at all just stopped to say hello to an old friend. Wouldn't you know out of good faith the pastor ended up paying anyways. He will never go back there he has said and I asked his permission to post this cause he had stated it wasn't in his heart to do so. Never again staff, and management should be ashamed of they're actions tonight. Never again will I go to this establishment with an open mind thinking it's a good place. And I truly hope that this pastor mentions this to all the guests he invited and paid for.bless his soul for keeping his composure. Respectfully couldn't be me priest or nun idc.

Not bad at all. We stopped in for lunch, food was pretty good, staff did their job adequately and prices are ok. Restaurant was clean.

It's a good buffet for lunch, there are many items to eat. It's only $ 13.99 and $3.00 for drinks there ice tea is good and cold. There is shrimp, chicken salad, deserts fish, sushi. As soon as plate is empty it gets picked up. If your beverage is low they refill it. So much to eat I didn't get to talk about it. Well worth the trip.

Horrible.rude waitresses and hostess, took extra money and refuse to give it back when i have the receipt that states it on my end.i had a sugar packet in my drink one time.im not giving them anymore chances

Better go to mc Donald’s don’t find any good food never will go here and today is Saturday have to be fresh food u can imaging Monday

Quality of food has diminish alot. Foods were dried out from setting. Price went up again.

Worst place I have ever been to. Terrible food and poor customer service. Food was undercooked and had after taste like definitely was old and reheated. Seafood was disgusting and had fish taste and smell that was very bad and noticeable. Explained to the manager on duty and his answer was we always make fresh food and would not acknowledge we actually have problem with our food. These people don’t run a clean organized restaurant it’s a sweatshop. Will never go there again

Whelp it was pretty good til a few hours later here I sit wrapped around the garbage can puking everything I ate back out was fine before empire and Def feel 100% better now that it's out of me

Good food, and amazing staff. The hostess seated us very quickly, and the waitress was so attentive! She quickly re-filled our drinks and took our plates. They were both so sweet. The food was great! It was very flavorful, and everything that was supposed to be warm was warm, and everything that was supposed to be cold was cold. I loved that they had ice cream. You don't see that at many buffets anymore! It was also very clean. The tables, seats, silverware, and cups were spotless. The plates were still warm from coming out of the dishwasher when I went up to get my food. Overall, it's a great buffet! They also sell beautiful earrings, claw clips, and watches at the front register.

Okay, they have lots of food but not quality food. The food here tastes strange. If you want cheap and to fill your stomach then you can come here.

You have to get the best, they are the best, everything is excellent and now they have more variety to delight you.

Have not been here in a while.pleasant surprise.they cleaned the place up and did a great job making this place great for a quick meal again

Loved it. My second visit. Food is fresh and great options. Tried it for dinner with hubby and the kids last time so came back for lunch while passing through again. I was hoping the last visit wasnt a fluye and this time everything was just as good as last time. Will definitely try when in the area again.

My mom sister and I went to have lunch/dinner here at about 4ish and when we got up to get our food they had not many options along with the food being absolutely cold, none of it was warm or hot which is absolutely so unprofessional for a food place. I am very disappointed. Flaming Grill is better!
