Empire Clothing & Footware, Rochester NY

I went into this hair store today with my niece looking for hair and the man that was working their kept watching me. I didn't mind him watching me because I understand that people steal, I didn't have a big bag either but when I greeted him he asked me where was my big bag I usually have. I haven't been in this store in so long and just moved to this side of town and I told him that. He responded saying he remember me and I don't how. Lastly I asked if they had a specific type of hair and he said, what ever we have over there is what we have, he kinda dismissed me and his energy was not good. Will never shop there again, I was even talking to the man a cash register and he started talking over me on the phone. Back to Hair Galleria I go.
Also, there were other people in there and they left because the customer service was non existent, they couldn't get help.

Great store wish they had female clothes in here tho.this is an all male clothes store.the only thing for women here is the leggings and the shoes lol

The customer service is really nice they don't have a lot of hair options There is not a lot of space in there either But it's good if you just want some basic stuff like lashes, black braiding hair, ect

My favorite hair store and the owner and the ones that run the store makes you feel like family and always help out in anyway they can with your purchase with great deals and prices

The customer service went down tremendously. The new employees are rude and speak inappropriately to the customers (mainly women). When I addressed their poor communication skills, the man tossed the ponytails on the counter. The man “claimed” he did not know English. When I spoke to an employee that knows me about the issue, he shrugged his shoulders. I received no apology. The employees treat the customers/community as if they are disposable. When a business makes a generous profit from a community while simultaneously not contributing to the community, customer service should never fall below excellent

These men stand on crates, counters, and chairs like overseers. Keep in mind, the owner has yet to show appreciation to the customers for their positive reviews.

Do not shop here at all go to to Bsw instead, they are selling hair that is garbage and old and sheds badly. Fake hair alert, fake hair alert ladies stay away. Called to speak to manager at 9am they said he is not available until after 3 I will be filing a complaint with b.b. B.ladies order your own hair or shop at bsw.
