Empire Cuts Barbershop, East Northport NY

I just returned from my first haircut at Empire Cuts and I could not be happier. After basically having 2 barbers in NYS over the last 35 years, I needed to find a local barber. I had tried a few other locals over the last few years when I couldn't get into the city, and they were okay. I am now convinced I won't be going anywhere other than Empire. Johnny did a great job on my hair, and again on my beard, giving each component much care and attention. I look forward to returning.

Horrible didn't even look like the guy gave me a haircut dont go there they charge u 35 and it's not worth it will never returning

If you go to get a haircut, the barber should give a haircut! Total waste of money! Beware!
The staff did offer to further cut my son's hair. The only reason he didn't go back in was because the staff was not friendly.
People are always quick to call a person a Karen. An individual should be able to express their opinion without being called a Karen. I said nothing wrong. We paid 30 dollars for a haircut and his hair wasn't cut. It's that simple! If he wanted a trim, he would have asked for a trim. However, he clearly asked for a haircut.

First off the extended hours are a huge plus. They took me in earlier than my scheduled appointment time because the guy before me was a no show. The set up is incredibly modern but inviting and best of all the guy who cut my sons hair did a fantastic job. May have to leave my current guys for them

This place is great. The crew is great. The place is spotless and very nicely decorated especially during the holidays. Freddy is awesome, highly recommend!

Probably had the second worst haircut of life here today. I had been here twice before with good service but today was so bad. My hair is so unevenly cut on top. Serge seemed so uninterested in my hair cut even though I booked an appointment. He even took a phone call during the hair cut. I do no think I will be heading back here. I should have just kept my long hair.

Took my son there and they gave him an amazing haircut. They were so nice to us and now we go when ever we need a cut. I will recommend this shop to any and moms.

I trust the barber Sam with my life but most importantly my hair. He literally can’t miss. He always freshens me up and I highly recommend him.

Started going to empire cuts recently, this is the place I’ve been looking for. I go to Rami and he always listens to what I want and gets it done just how I wanted. Very skilled barbers here. Excellent service. Highly recommend

I don't normally post reviews but I am going to give it a shot because it might help someone else in a similar position to me. Getting haircuts is not my favorite thing to do and when covid hit my haircutter of 15 years moved out of NY. So, long story short, I had not gotten a haircut in close to two years. It was long and unruly and I needed to get it sorted out. I took a chance and walked into Empire and they paired me up with Rose. I showed her a picture of how my hair looked a few years ago and she simply said "OK" and got to work. She took her time and nailed it. All the while she made me feel totally comfortable- good vibes. It was a great experience and I will be going back. Thank you Rose!

Very good customer service and great barbers. It is comfortable inside with lots of sofas and they also offer arcade games if you have kids.

Best barbershop out there. I’ve been coming to Empire Cuts for some time now & Freddy/Sam always give an excellent cut. The owner, Matt, always makes you feel welcome and goes above and beyond by offering coffee and water.

I've been to many barber shops in my life, and none have been nearly as good as Empire cuts. The customer service, atmosphere and expertise they offer are better than any place I've seen. Sam is amazing! All this for a great price!

As a mom, I was nervous about my son’s first hair cut, but the entire crew at Empire Cuts Barbershop were all truly amazing and thoughtfully accommodating. I highly recommend using them! Sam was patient, kind and gave my son a phenomenal haircut.

Refugee from Rockabilly looking for a new home. Found it! Not only was the haircut and beard trim professional and reasonably priced, the place is awesome! Coffee machine, arcade game, etc. Nice, relaxed atmosphere. Can I live there?

Didn't have an appointment and barber rushed through my haircut in a careless manner. Maybe my fault for no appointment, but barber could have asked me to return when time allowed. Feel disrespected as a customer. Not returning.
