Empire Hearing & Audiology - East Syracuse

From my very first visit to Empire Hearing & Audiology to my most recent I felt comfortable with every person I met with. They each were friendly yet professional in their approach as I was dealing with a hearing issue I had refused to believe I had. The Audiologist Debra, approach this in a wholistic manner explaining several relevant points that hit home with me. She share her finding from her testing and explained the type of things I was missing with my hearing. After some discussion she set me up with trial pair of hearing aids that proved she was correct in her analysis.
Fast forward, after my trial period I have had two appointments and new set of aids. I feel comfortable with these and trust that The Team at Empire will help me through any issue that may surface.

If your looking for a good Audolgist this is the place to go! They explain everything so well and no pressures at all. They make you feel so welcone from the time you arrive with Chelcie at the front desk, Heidi to adjust my hearing and even Heidi's trainer Deb who made some helpful comments! Great job ladies

Louis Billera is a very caring audiologist. He took his time with me and genuinely was concerned with my hearing issues. Spent time with me trying to find the right doctor to help me and throughly answered all my questions. Highly recommend him and this group for all your hearing concerns!

Hearing aids cleaned and I was shown how to reset Bluetooth. Very satisfied. I walked out a happy woman.

Great overall experience

I have been going to this practice for a few years now after having difficulty with my right ear. After my hearing test, it was discovered that I had hearing loss in both ears and needed hearing aids. Since then I have come regularly for my rechecks and have found the staff to be very professional and easy to talk to regarding any concerns I might have. The transition to my hearing aids has been very easy, and it is amazing at what hearing aids can do for a person today.

My February 8,2023 visit seemed to be more about selling new hearing instruments then anything else. When I let them know, I wasn’t in the market for new hearing instruments they did back away from the sales pitch. I don’t have a lot of experience with audiologists so I don’t know if other providers work the same way.

I will gladly give a complete review when my 15 month old $6k hearing aids are returned from manufacturer working properly.

I had a very encouraging appt with Dr Lou. First time since purchase I have felt this way. I have not felt that anyone before either cared or knew what to do about faulty hearing aids.

I first became a patient seeing Dr Walagoria several years ago. Previous hearing aids worked properly and never had a problem until this brand. I look forward to giving a more positive review when I can hear and understand better.
