Michelle & Dan at Empire have been nothing but amazing to deal with! Communication is excellent, Dan’s work and personality is a joy! I will for sure be utilizing them for all my home needs. Truly a one stop stop! Amazing company!

I don’t write reviews but my experience has been so uniquely horrible with these folks over the course of 2 years that I’m writing this today. They service the furnace and AC, and after moving to our new home, they recommended we change our air conditioner because our current one was going bad and would need thousands of dollars in repairs soon, the new unit did not work when they installed it because they shorted out the control panel by hooking something up incorrectly, which left us sweating for an entire week until the new panel could be installed. They promised to give us credit for this and they never did. Winter rolls around and I check in with my mother as I noticed that her electricity bills have been hundreds of dollars over what they should be. We had already decided to stop using this company as the guy who came here to service the furnace before winter had a pistol strapped to his side during the entire visit. This made her particularly uncomfortable as the guy started making off-colored comments and spouting Quanon craziness when she was watching the news. Anyways, after a few months and several hundred dollars in electricity spent, we called a different company to come and look that winter and it was found that the gun totter never hooked back up the heat pump. Summer rolls around and it’s currently 91F in my mothers house with her 2 year old AC that is leaking coolant and has a faulty value that was installed. I considered legal action but I really don’t want anything else to do with this company or the people who work for them. Hire them if you have money to burn, feel like freezing your butt off during winter, sweating the bed in summer and don’t feel like waiting until thanksgiving to have unsolicited opinions pushed on you by someone totting their gun around to feel safe in a neighborhood where people don’t lock their doors at night.

I can't say enough about Empire. Maurice, the owner, came out and provided an estimate for a mini-split AC system at our new how. He answered every question I had about the proposed project.

Not only did they have a four-person crew installing it as soon as I (not them - they could have come sooner) was available, Maurice was there multiple times a day to check up on things. Chris and his team did an excellent job, and we all together just a very friendly crew to have at the house for a few days.

Most importantly, the system works great! Price was right, as well.

Absolutely amazing experience with Empire Heating & Cooling! We purchased a new furnace after ours died. Our experience from the sale to install was wonderful. The pricing was comparable to other companies but their service and attitude was leaps and bounds above. You have a new customer for life!

I could not be more grateful for Empire Heating and Cooling. My water heater broke and was flooding my basement. On a Sunday night, the owner himself came over for an estimate. He was wonderful! It was taken care of immediately. The father and son duo that arrived at my house were clean, efficient, helpful, and went above and beyond for me. I couldn’t be more thrilled. I will using them for all of my needs in the future. 12/10 recommend Empire Heating and Cooling! They rock!

It’s refreshing to have a excellent experience with a service provider these days. This one was as good as they come. Empire came out on a Sunday night to deal with a dead water heater. Before noon Monday we had a brand new tankless water heater at a great price. Then while testing the new unit they fixed 2 plumbing problems without being asked and at no charge. They quick, kind and professional. We will not forget.

When my furnace died at night during a winter storm warning, Bob from Empire came right out. He looked at the unit and patiently explained to me what was going on and my options. He got heat working for the night for me and my one year old. I chose to replace my furnace and Maurice sent a team the next morning. The team was willing to work on the replacement while I was not home so I didn’t have to miss work. Communication and service was excellent. The installation was flawless. The team went above and beyond notifying me of another basement issue and fixing my dryer vent. I am so grateful for the level of care, service and communication from the company. I cannot recommend them enough.

Cold calling people to drum up sales with a message looking to "confirm" an appointment for HVAC cleaning. Not cool guys, not cool.

Empire gave us a same day repair appointment for our heater that just stopped working. Christopher Hochreiter was our technician. He came out and fixed our heating problem within 20 minutes. He was professional, nice and helpful. Would definitely call Empire again for repair services!
