Empire Heating & Air Conditioning Co installed a new meter can on the outside of my home and assisted with scheduling the necessary inspections. They walked me through what would need to be done and were very thorough with the job they did. They did a fabulous job. If you need any help with HVAC, look no further. Bait and Switch! We lost heat and I called in the morning to request service. They checked the schedule and confirmed that someone could provide service today at my home between 3pm - 5pm but just needed my credit card to secure the appointment. They asked me to sign a contract virtually and then charged my credit card $149. After all of this, they said the technician would call my phone when he was on his way. At 4: 45pm I hadn’t heard from anyone so called again and they said a technician was still scheduled to arrive today. At 5: 45pm, I called the office again and the receptionist said the technician now had another call so wasn’t able to visit my home today but they would be happy to schedule me in for another day. This is bait and switch. I requested a refund and the receptionist then asked me to hold to see if she could find another technician (:/) She returned a few minutes later and said no technicians were available. I asked again for a refund which she said she would process. They promise whatever they need to over the phone so they can charge you and get all of your information but can’t deliver after they’ve charged your credit card.

I don't think I had this much satisfaction from a company as I did with Empire Heating & Air Conditioning Co. Their customer service cannot be matched, their pricing will never be questioned because of the confident level I have for them, and their professionalism is way beyond the call of duty! I highly recommend this company to anyone and everyone. Such a relief to know that companies like them truly do exist.

We called Empire Heating & Air Conditioning Co for regular system maintenance after moving into a new house. John was the technician who came out and he was awesome! He knew exactly what to do, where everything would be, and what repairs were needed to keep the system running smoothly.

The installation was GREAT and the installers were friendly and informative They cleaned up after their work was completed Each day and kept the work area in order. I was so happy with the installation that I signed up for their service contract. I would definitely recommend Jack to a relative or friend.

The serviceman called ahead so I knew he was coming. He put on shoe covers. He was so respectful. He made sure he checked with me for any extra repairs that I would be charged for. He made necessary repairs and gave me a detailed explanation plus a written receipt with even more details. It was a wonderful experience!

James did a very thorough job inspecting my system and provided pictures of everything. He was extremely helpful and answering all of my questions and I had many. Empire Heating & Air Conditioning was recommended by a friend to have our HVAC assessed due to sweating duct work. James was prompt and extremely helpful. We did not actually need our system replaced, but will definitely use them when that time comes. Not only did they answer all our questions but also made suggestions on what to do about the issues ie our dryer ventilation duct work was close by and James checked to make sure it was vented properly.
