Everyone was very friendly and helpful. They made sure I was taken care of and got the best car for the best price for me. I didn’t feel like they were trying to pressure me into something I couldn’t afford like other places. I highly recommend!

This place deserves no stars. Went here today to look at a new vehicle. The whole place is in disarray. First impressions matter, and apparently someone didn’t tell that to the management here. Littered with trash in the pk lot. Women’s restroom was out of service, no biggie.so had to use the men’s restroom.which was beyond disgusting, smelly, gross. I’m shocked that no one from corporate shuts this place down.

To me, my Honda Odyssey is considered to be a very important family member. I have been taking my Odyssey to Empire Honda of Manhasset for all my services and maintenance since day one. To date, the service department has lived up to and exceeded their motto: We Treat Our Customers Like Royalty.

To date, I have had nothing but good experiences and will only take my Odyssey here for all my services and maintenance. I have worked with Hassan and Vincent and they have provided nothing but the best service. The both of them and the entire team behind the scene has provided nothing but excellent service.

Needless to say, i do feel like Royalty and my Odyssey deserves nothing but the best! Thank you!

Why every time I call to find out the status of my car, a woman attends me and asks for my information and then hangs up the phone? It is very difficult to communicate especially if you guys just leave the phone open and then hang up.

I rarely write reviews (two or three in five years maybe?). But this time I feel it is time that I shall do one, simply for the sales guy named Luka Davitashvili. Actually "simple" is my utmost feeling after finishing this should-be-hard journey. From beginning to the end, he was just warm, natural, and, simple. Maybe it was because of his professionalism or his easygoingness? Regardless, it was just a simple and joyful purchasing experience. Let me be simple: he is the right guy!

Bait and switch - called Empire and Melissa checked and said they had the 2 vehicles I was interested in. Arrive and Santiago said they’re sold, and that Melissa isn’t on the premises and in the know. Apparently they sold 2 cars in 20 minutes. Which is possible and totally acceptable, but while I’m here - you say you have others - (at much higher prices) please be honest and say that those aren’t available - get them off your website. Get Melissa on-site so that SHE IS in the know. It took a lot to get an elderly handicapped person to the dealership to see the car. Bait and switch tactics are antiquated. I cannot believe their star rating is a 4. Please Empire, do not respond with a templated post saying “Sorry we couldn’t help you” because the bait and switch tactic is very transparent and unappreciated.

Shantal and William made my best friend's dream come true. Got her exactly the car, at exactly the price quoted and within a reasonable amount of time (nowadays dealers are quoting months for delivery). Would definitely recommend working with them on your new car dream.

Danny at Empire Honda was great! He was patient, friendly and answered all our questions. We shopped around and found the best deal here. Danny had everything ready to go and we were able to take the care home that day.

I came in looking for a hybrid and thought I had my mind set on the Honda CRV. Once Reniel Williams, one of the salesmen mentioned the Honda Insight Hybrid and that one of the other nearby dealerships had the exact color I wanted, they had it driven over and I was test driving it within 15 minutes. When I had decided that the car was the one, I had many questions which were answered thoroughly. Throughout the whole car buying process, everyone I came in contact with at Empire Honda was very friendly and patient. I came into their showroom just to look and a few hours later, Reniel handed me the keys to a car that was perfect for me and just what I wanted. Thank you!

Came in for a battery change and ended up walking away with a new vehicle they were able to offer me a GREAT deal I couldn’t turn down. I LOVE my new car. The salesman Julio Liriano and business manager Michael Martindale were extremely helpful and made this possible. This is my second time leasing at this location. Thank you Empire Honda

Horrible horrible horrible experience there and they made me the worst day ever in my life! Can you believe it?

I went there and plan to buy a new Honda. After a lengthy process on agreeing everything, the price of the car and the trade in value of the car I was driving, they rushed everything to switch and take my old car. They are holding the outrageous high interest loan till the last minute and expect me to bit it. I said no. They kept bugging and then I said NO. The manager whispered "fxxx" word in his own world in this business setting but it is loud enough for me to hear it clearly! I can not believe my ears! What a crazy and low manager that would be to say such a nasty word in a professional environment! Please, buyers/shoppers aware!

Just came out of the dealership paid a lot of money they told me car is good 9 minutes of driving and this is the result.anyone you ask for help just looks at you like why are you even asking questions

I am extremely frustrated by the customer service I received from a representative at the service department of Empire Honda (and I welcome Empire Honda's human resources team to contact me to elaborate). He was unwelcoming, rude, unfriendly, and condescending. The whole experience with him, from start to finish, was infuriating, to say the least. And it was difficult to overlook his dismissive attitude with me, in comparison to other customers (maybe it was due to the way I look.who knows?).

I would suggest Empire Honda to have representatives in the service department that treat customers equally, respectfully, and not selectively. This was not my first negative experience with this representative, and I hope Empire Honda prevents negative experiences for future customers who interact with this representative.

I usually find the experience of leasing a car to be stressful and frustrating, I was pleasantly surprised this time with the help of my salesman Marvin Vita. He was calm and reassuring throughout the process and with the assistance of his manager and finance director I left that day with a beautiful Civic. Thanks to you all at Empire for you efforts.

Came in to buy a car for my father. Our salesman, Danny, was very patient with us while my dad was deciding on the car to buy and answered all of the questions we had (in multiple languages too!)
There was a glitch in the computer system, but Danny kept us up to date on what was going on. Great buying experience.

Employees walking around the showroom like they own the place. No masks on, talking, talking, talking, socializing. Ladies Bathroom falling apart, went downhill fast. Service people were nice and friendly though. Valet very nice. Repair guys 100% they know their job well. Cudos!

They are great and tell you what you want to hear… until you walk into the door.

I came in for an ad lease deal for the Honda Accord and after having the experience at other dealerships where they add a significant amount to the price of the lease due to “market value”, this place did just that and dishonest about it which is worse. I should of known something was off because I ended up settling for a color I didn’t want because the sales person told me that they don’t know if they’ll get any more colors, meanwhile the representative when I spoke to on the phone prior told me they receive shipments every 3-5 days. She definitely wanted to secure the sale right away.

I wanted to know the fees upfront because I wanted no surprises. I was told that I would only pay sales tax, dmv fees and a dealer fee of $695. I decided to move forward. After running my credit, the finance manager brings me into his office and bombards me with paperwork to sign. I was given how much I owed which was according to him, are the taxes and fees we discussed. I was in a rush too because I had an appointment to return my prior lease. When I’m home, I look at my contract and notice I was charged a significant amount in “cap cost reduction” in addition to sales tax and dealer fee. I call the finance manager and he tells me the capital cost reduction is what you pay up front to get your monthly payment to where it is. So basically it is another payment upfront separate from the down payment to which I WAS NOT TOLD INITIALLY. When I asked to go over each line item, he said “I have a lot of deals on my desk, I don’t have the time to go through each item. ” After doing my own research I find out that the bank fees, destination fees, etc are bundled into the cap cost reduction. They were dishonest in not disclose this big expense before agreeing on moving forward with the lease. That’s not a way to run a business, I hope they learn from this and hope that no one falls did this scheme tactic in the future.

These representative people is delaying and wasting the customers valuable time. Holding their paper work as long as possible after serving are done. Also, they don’t do correctly what they say. Even one star is not worth it.
