The service at Empire physical therapy is positive and supportive to help reach your health and wellness goals. Mrs. Nektalova pushed me through difficulty to get my mobility and helped me strength my back and knees. She provided detailed explanations to better understand my current physical issues and gave me detailed exercise charts so I can practice at home. I highly recommend this physical therapy office!
I have been to multiple physical therapy facilities previously but nothing compares to Empire physical therapy. The office staff is very friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. The physical therapist really knows her stuff. She answers all of my questions and concerns. I was feeling better after my first visit! Will def recommend to family and friends.
Was highly pleased with the staff and the service at this location the therapist was very informative and made me feel comfortable.the front desk was very polite which in my opinion is hard to come by.

Great staff, great environment and professional staff. Mrs. Nektalova one of best PT that I have visited. Had a lower back pain and sciatica was walking in pain. She was so great I can actually put weight on my foot without walking in pain. 5 Star. Hands down one of the best and I have been to a lot of different offices.
