Optometrist Empire Visionworks reviews
13I can see now! Thanks to Lauren and the team at Visionworks there in N. Syracuse.they were able to get me in quickly, and do all the tests right there to get my glasses. Insurance covered it all! Thanks team.highly recommended!
Had a great experience with my exam and Lauren was very patient and very helpful! I highly recommend!
My husband and I and both my daughters go here. The process from booking appt online to coming in for an eye exam to ordering glasses/contacts was so easy and quick. The employees we worked with were all professional and knowledgeable; from the front desk clerks, to the techs, optometrist, to picking out and ordering the right pair of glasses and them running our insurance and getting us the best deal. I highly recommend them.
The customer service was excellent & very friendly plus knowledgeable. They took a personal interest in my situation.
The optometrist was wonderful she was quick and efficient. But once I went to pick out my frames nobody really even tried to help me. And the girl that took my order for my glasses was so fast like I was almost bothering her. I was trying to ask questions about my glasses and she was looking around the store paying attention at what everybody else was doing.
My father… Who was getting the glasses, Iwas very happy altogether. He looks forward to when they come in. I’m sure the professionalism and care will be just as good as our first visit.
Wonderful experience here! Everyone was very friendly and professional. I will be coming back to this location all the time for all my eye ware needs.
Wonderful experience! Quickly scheduled the appointment on the phone with my preferred doctor (as suggested by my husband whom this doctor had seen previously-and whom he really liked). A very thorough exam and clear explanation of results followed. A very professional setting, exam, and doctor. Very pleased overall. Our family will definitely continue returning to this office.
Quick and easy. Reasonably priced. Now just waiting for glasses. Told it should take two weeks or less.
Everyone working here was wonderful. Patient, thorough, and kind; they made a process I normally dread, quick and easy. The associate who helped me actually buy my glasses went above and beyond while working with me as well. I would come back here any time.
Excellent locatio, staff, and MD was absolutely % great. I would recommend everyone to give them a try.
I recently moved to the Liverpool/North Syracuse area and needed an updated eye exam. Appointment availability was readily available, front office staff was courteous and friendly. The vision tech was professional, explaining all the pre doctor visit testing that she was performing. Tara, the eye doctor performed a very thorough eye exam, was very friendly and accommodating and explained all of her findings in a way that was easy to understand and educated me on her findings, while answering any questions that I had. Eric was extremely knowledgeable as well as friendly in assisting me with selecting frames. Very pleased with the entire experience at Empire Visionworks.
90% of the people there were WAY nice. The doctor was great. The people at the front desk were great. While I was trying to check in (there was a delay), there was another customer next to me at the other station. There were four people trying to do something on the computer to get the customer checked out. One of the employees (later found out she was one of the optometrists) was super rude to her fellow co-workers. She was condescending to them and short. I was taken aback at how rude she was. Then she was rude to the person next to me who couldn't afford her contacts. I was appalled at how she talked to the other customer. When she met with me after I picked out my glasses, she was really nice and sweet as pie. It was a 180. If I were the person in charge I would put her on IP or fire her. It seemed like she made the other employees uncomfortable and she seems hard to work with.
