One star because I can’t give zero. I went in having a terrible time seeing from my right eye. I was wearing glasses I had tried to adjust the prescription myself online and made it clear it was way off. So they proceeded to measure the lenses on my makeshift glasses and were absolutely amazed they could match them to my eyes. Proceeded to give me an eye exam and then write my new contact lens prescription to what they measured on my makeshift glasses. Exhausted my eye care insurance and am worse off then I started.

When to make an appointment and was able to schedule the next day with their system they use. The next day was very fast and efficient for both my wife and I to have appointments at the same day was nice. They utilize the time very well, and the way they’re set up works very good for the different stages.

I was late due to lack of planning on my part. Yet was treated with respect and like I was early. All questions were answered and everyone was great. I was given a copy of my prescription to order glasses on line without any problems and no one tried to talk me into buying from them. I would definitely recommend making an appointment and going there. I drove an hour and a half. You can too.

The staff at this location are nothing less than stellar! Always so pleasant, helpful and make the experience a good one! A special shout out to Alisa & Trisha for being amazing!

It's like a bunch of sorority freshman out front. They get commission off of upcharging you and treat you like you are below them.

Contacting corporate is the only way to fix things.

I highly recommend Empire Vision Works to anyone. The frame selection is fantastic for the price and the appointment is simple from booking to completion of the exam.

Was at my apt for over two hours! Tella call took forever and waited longer than I was talked to, mind you not even talking to these people wasent pleasant. Rude people and horrible survise. DO BETTER!

The doctor gave me the same prescription, no change. I ordered new glasses and they were fine, but I didn't like the appearance. They were the correct prescription though. I picked new glasses out and when I arrived the prescription was incorrect. All of the workers looked at them and said that isn't right. The last person that helped me said they are the correct prescription and to just check them in the morning. They are glaringly obvious that they are not the same prescription. They claim their machine isnt always accurate, and yet they wont look more into it. My current glasses are 1/16th thick while these ones are over 1/4 inch thick. I can't see. I will be using my old glasses because there are absolutely useless.

Either they are sabotaging prescriptions, don't know what they are doing, or their system doesn't work correctly. Either way, if you go here you may end up with an expensive paperweight.

What bugs me is the workers knew something was wrong but just brushed us aside and didn't correct the problem.

I never leave bad reviews but this made me that mad. The associate argued with me. Made it seem I was in the wrong. I'm non confrontational at businesses and have never asked for a manager. I'll go somewhere else

The first person that approached me was obviously not well. Coughing, sneezing, sniffling etc. I didn't appreciate that at all. The lady that actually assisted me was pleasant, informative and knowledgeable. She made it a good experience

With my wife's insurance, I went in for a contact exam. My experience with this company was ok. It didn't take more than 20 minutes! Then I was charged a "fitting fee", 42.50, after the insurance paid 450.00. What the hell was that? ! The Ladies were fantastic, just letting that be known. I wasn't charged any of this at America's Best! I want that "fitting fee", back!

The staff was very helpful and very friendly! They took extra time and made the effort to make sure everything was perfect!

Always have a great experience with good staff. Prompt answers and solutions to any problems/needs. Haven't gone anywhere else besides Empire for this reason.

My experience at vision works surpassed my greatest expectations. Tremendous customer service from start to finish.
