Great first experience here! I walked in without an appointment and was seen and examined within an hour. I got contacts ordered, and got new glasses with lenses put in before I left! Nice and helpful people that offer great prices!

Excellent service from start to finish. Huge selection of frames for men. Recommend to all of my family and friends.

I came in to get my glasses adjusted & it was a quick & smooth experience. Plus now, my glasses aren't slipping off! The man that helped me was very pleasant. He also, did a search to find out when I would be due for my next exam. He was very patient throughout the process, which took a little bit of time since I didn't have my card with me. So now, I have an appointment for an eye exam too. Thanks:)

I’ve only been to two eye doctors and I have to say that Visionworks is the best. I went to a different eye doctor in Buffalo or Rochester, I forgot. It took so long to get there and they didn’t have much variety of glasses. With Visionworks, my family can get there quickly, they have a different variety of glasses, they are super nice, they can get your glasses to you on time/quickly, and if you connect your insurance with them, you won’t have to pay with money out of your pocket or out of you bank account. At least that’s what happened when I last went there. Therefore, if you haven’t gone there, I highly recommend it and if you have been there before and wrote a bad review, I highly recommend giving them a second chance. Also, maybe the person that was being rude just had a bad day or something. Think of it that way. Don’t blame the company. (Sorry this is so long)

If I could give less than one star I would! Very unaccommodating, I was 5 minutes late to my appointment and they had already canceled it on me. When I explained that I had driven almost 2 hours from college and got stuck in traffic they told me there was nothing they could do and refused to help me. The receptionist was VERT rude about it also. My family and I will NEVER be going back to this place! Not the first time they havery done this either! TERRIBLE!

Absolutely fantastic! Great staff, clean, quick, variety! Kudos to Dr. Kolo and Nabeerah. I'll be back. Maybe even just to visit.:)

Not so much rude just it should not take over a week for my glasses since the first time I got them I had them in twenty mins
