Joe was a total sweetheart my entire time, and being online with the doctors was so much cooler than in person

Had my first *digital* eye exam today and it was a great experience! Optometrist technician Michael was so nice and professional, he explained the reason for every machine being used and everything he was doing. Talking with the refractionist and doctor via video call went smoothly and all of my questions were answered with professionalism and care. Same goes for optician! Great people and cool technology that was actually fun to experience. Would definitely recommend!

The staff do a great job with customer assistance. They always clarify things with me and are helpful when selecting the perfect frames for your face shape!

I went to this location at the end of January/beginning of February.

The prescription has something off, it’s probably way too strong.

I had an eye exam and new glasses done at this location, and I regret it. The first prescription had something off, probably way too strong. When I wore the glasses, it almost felt like I was getting vertigo, had a fishbowl type vision experience, and had headaches instantly. Something was clearly wrong.

I went back, they retested - to their credit. Okay, so it was a little better, but I still have the weird the sensation of looking through a bubble with these glasses. And I still get a small headache instantly. When I tried them on after getting them back at the store, I was told my eyes just need to adjust.

Well, it’s been over a month now. My eyes haven’t adjusted.

I won’t be going back to this location. I will try a real eye doctor, and hopefully they can give me a proper prescription.

This place is great this is the only place I go for my glasses because they r fast n the people that work there r great

The doctor just scolded me like a child while doing my initial eye exam, while raising her voice at me and when doing my prescription she said "you should be able to see this, I don't know if your corneas are just swollen or if your prescription has changed. " She gave me the wrong prescription because she said it was "good enough" with my last reading of the board of letters. They scheduled my follow up appointment for 9am while all the schedules say they don't open until 10, and then when they opened at 9 the doctor was not even here yet so I had to sit and wait for her to come in. I don't see why they couldn't have scheduled me for 9: 30 if they knew nobody would be here at 9

Great service and my glasses work great, my glasses frame was broken and I walked in no appointment and was out in 5 min with fixed frames, no cost!

I like it because they have super cute glasses there and i only waited 4 to 5 day to get my glasses

I have had mixed reviews going here. Usually the people are nice and helpful but I've had several bad interactions making appointments. There are a few employees there that don't seem to be very happy with their lives and make the customers feel it with their inflexibility and hostile attitude. Lucky for them its Utica and there aren't very many options for people to go.

Interesting experience. The only reason why I did not give this place a 1 was because everyone is so nice. I came in for an eye exam got it done and was determined I needed glasses (I had already figured) I've never worn glasses in my life nor am I accustomed to prices.while in the process of payment I asked if I had to pay the the entire amount today, he said yes, I asked if there were any financing, he said no. I found it odd but I paid the full $244 for the glasses. Its tough to give up that kind of money for something you did not budget for. I looked at their website and found out about Care Credit, which was a credit card that could be applied for situations like these. I was honestly kind of pissed at the fact that he did not mention this to me, so I applied got accepted for a hefty credit and requested a refund as well as a re-charge for the glasses. Even though they don't finance it I think it would be good to give someone all of the options
