Empire Visionworks, Niskayuna NY

I made calls to the Niskayuna store and was in a phone loop for a total1 hour 45 minutes listening to the phone recording and never spoke to a human. I then called corporate at 3: 30 est and the recording said corporate closes at 6 pm cst and I should call back tomorrow. Very frustrating and poor customer service regionally and at corporate. All I wanted to know was were my 2 pairs of glasses ready.

Great experience here! Debra repaired my glasses quickly and reordered lenses for another pair that had some surface defects with no hassles. Highly recommend this location

Deb in Mohawk Commons is the best. If you want a professional and an expert in her field ask for Deb!

The customer service is horrible from the receptionists. They will give you an unprofessional attitude if you call with any question or they just don’t pick up the phone at all. I am going to be taking my family elsewhere.

Picked up my new glasses on Saturday. As soon as I put them on I could see perfectly and the frames are beautiful. Special thanks to the staff who took the extra time to make my glasses perfect!

Per usual it’s always a pleasure to go here. I’ve gone here for eight years and it’s always an amazing experience. Deb was extremely helpful and she even was able to order glasses that were online but not available in this particular store. I can’t wait to pick them up.

These people NEVER ANSWER THEIR PHONE and if it rings for too long they answer and hang up. I’ve been calling for DAYS! Looks like I’m going to have to come in just to make an appt!

Both the doctor, in my case Dr. Lee, was thorough, compassionate, and patient, and the tech was a great conversationalist who made me feel valued. Great experience all around.

I really like the staff here and had a great experience. However, Kate was absolutely awful. She has a terrible attitude and has the audacity to speak to me like that. It’s unfortunate that she clearly hates her job and maybe should go find one that suits her better.
