Had my appointment recently, absolutely the best.i mean these people go above and beyond for their patients, a specific thank you to the optician, Mr. Will Mullin for taking such great care of me and to Tyler N.for being so wondefully helpful in finding my insurance coverage and comparing to see what the best deal was, as well as helping me find the perfect pair of sunglasses.will definitely return again

I love vision works been going to them since the 5th grade that 11 years ago only been to one place and that’s bc shurburne school goes through the place on the corner by Matthews ford for replacing glasses that are broke in school. But I actually got my fiancé glasses through you guys too highly recommend you guys to everyone, also calling tomorrow or Tuesday to see if I can get a replacement pair due to my daughter

Ok so ordered glasses at the place they say it will take about a wk so waited and stuff still haven’t called or nothing

Good doctor, staff that makes you wait for nearly an hour to do anything. But other than that, okay.

Love the doctor! He is social and knowledgeable. I always get in and out in a timely manner. I even got my glasses the same day because they cut the lenses right there if they have it in stock!

Great experience, staff were very kind and polite. Professional environment but still comfortable and friendly. Recommending to all

Ok! Ive had my glasses since mid June. I've already had a screw fall out multiple times, and then lost the lenses. Now, with in 10 days, I've had both nose pads fall out! Empire Visionworks is a low class, medicaid, funded company! If you want quality eye where, you're better off going to a free Vision organization or Walmart for that matter!?

Staff is really nice, but they messed up my prescription. I live an hour from this location, so it is no short drive either. I told them when I tried it on that the prescription was not right, but they insisted I take it home to try for a day anyways. Did that. Resulted in blurred vision and a migraine all day long. AND to top it off, I have to drive another two hour round trip drive there this week for them to recheck my eyes and then probably the same two hour round trip drive to pick the glasses back up. SAVE YOUR MONEY and go to another place who will get it right the first time and wont have you driving back and forth so they can try to fix their mistake.

I'm in town for Blues Fest and left my toiletries at home, hours away. I ripped one of my contacts, and they saw me with no appointment, and gave me a replacement pair free of charge!

Wow they r so nice comparing to the one in Cortland NY.the Dr is the best I've seen in a long time.answered all our questions and even was joking around
