16Anthony and Lisa are always beyond helpful. This is now the fourth time they have comletely saved my behind, as im darn near close to blind without my glasses and currently am unable to afford contact lenses. If you're coming here for any sort of services you will leave very happy and taken care of.
I found the staff to be very friendly and helpful. The office is clean and welcoming. I had an issue with my glasses and the staff was helpful in trying to rectify the situation. I ended up getting a full refund with no hassle at all. To be honest I was surprised. But they stayed true to their word. I would highly recommend Visionworks and will go back.
I have been calling this store for 2 weeks straight without anyone answering. Got the call center a few times and they said they sent urgent messages to the store and I should get a call back. I have 14 out going calls to this store without a single call back.
Maybe a manager will read this and hopefully I will get a call back.

This place has a hard time answering their phone. Took weeks to get through to someone, and then they just hung up on me. If your looking to waste your time, try getting a hold of someone at this establishment.
Lisa Bragg is absolutely amazing! I came in finding out my insurance wasn’t going to help me at my appointment. Well Lisa came right in and saved the day for me! She got me in new glasses with better lenses for half off! Thank you Lisa! Not only did you make my Christmas so much better, but you were the definition of outstanding customer service! Thank you Lisa! ️️
Never pick up their phone. Their national customer care say they will email the store to call me back. 9 days, no call or email.
You cannot get ANYONE on the phone.the automated system says after hours.just go online and hangs up! Ive been going here for years and Ive had it.you just lost a long time customer because you find it to difficult to have a direct line to answer in person.disgusting way of doing business
Appointment at 11: 00, i came at 10: 45, i didn’t get in until 12: 34. Very slow every time i’ve came in.
What kind of customer service reroutes you every which way but to a real person who can help me!? Thanks for nothing. Dont bother calling them ever. They also won't bother to give you the information you're looking for in person either so overall waste of time and money.
I’m only giving one star so I can leave a review. Their customer service towards black and brown folks is disgusting. I waited waited close to two hours just to be seen. And the staff acted like it was my fault. I arrived to my appointment 30 minutes early. So I don’t understand
I have tried to call for 2 days (Friday & today) they will NOT answer the phones. It’s the same robotic message over & over again for 15mins before I hang up.

The staff were friendly, helpful, and very knowledgeable. Amanda and Lisa were a pleasure to work with. They had a good selection of frames to choose from in my price range. I had a bad experience with America's Best for my last exam, and was anxious about trying a new place. I will certainly be giving these guys my business from now on!
Was where I went for years due to the insurance coverage I had, always made sure I made clear the fact that I had problems with the glasses I was prescribed. Slightly new script every 2 years and always had the same issues. Always stuck with my glasses when I received them and wore them round the clock for weeks to give my eyes plenty of time to adjust to the new prescription, but had constant headaches, everything either distance or close up was a blurry mess, and ended up not wearing my glasses at all due to the issues I had. Could never see any of the small print on my paperwork at work until I went and got a drug store set of readers. When I got new insurance I went elsewhere and adjusted to my glasses almost immediately! Everything is crystal clear and I can read even the smallest print without issue. I don't think they have a clue what they're doing and would recommend if you can afford it go elsewhere.
My husband and I have been customers of Visionworks in Binghamton for the past 5 years. The staff have always been friendly, helpful, and professional.
We live closer to the Visionworks in Vestal but choose to go to the Binghamton location, as we have always had a pleasant experience.
