Everything was great here. The customer service was wonderful. They seemed to be very busy but dealt with it well. They got me in promptly, did my exam, and did it thoroughly. The doctor then got me in right away after the pre-testing as done, to check my vision and make sure it was going to be what was best for me. She explained everything well, with what she was looking for, what she was going to do, and what was going to be best for me and my vision. I have never needed to go for eye exams or need glasses before, so this was a first experience for me and it was a very good experience. Once my prescription was made up, the girl at the desk was very helpful with picking glasses out for me and helping me decide which ones I wanted and looked good in. The prices also seem reasonable for each pair of glasses. They seem to have all types of price ranges to meet the needs of mostly everyone.

This was my first time here but everything went smoothly, the staff was helpful and knowledgeable, and I'm glad it's there

Easy to make an appointment. Thorough examination. Friendly atmosphere. Great customer care. They knew my benefits and answered all my questions. Good selection of frames and lenses. Let them know if you have a Flex card.

They have Great Selections at this Store, I had a Couple of Pairs of Glasses that I absolutely Loved from here. The doctors really Listen to what you have to say and make all the Necessary Referrals if Need be.
I told them I was having an eye problem to where I go Temporarily Blind for 30-45 Minutes, and they referred me and Recommended me To One of the Best Eye Doctors in The Area!
I do Like the deal and coupons that they Do! Like Buy A Set of Frames, Get One Free! Besides them Losing a Eye doctor, and Not Being able to Operate Fully, They still are doing a Wonderful Job, and Try their Very Best!
All the Optometrists are Super Friendly, and Efficient in Their Work.
The front Desk lady with Short Brown Hair, is super sweet, and Inviting!
They lack Nothing when it comes to making sure everything "checks out" and Fits when it comes down to it!
I do Like all the Options, and I Love Coming here to Get my Yearly Eye Test, and To have all my "Seeing-Needs" Taken care of!
My Recommendations:
*If you know you're going to Get your Eyes dilated to get a new set of Glasses, Choose your Glasses First! You won't be able to see ANYTHING after you get them Dilated!
*Take advantage of Coupons and Deals.

* The Mobile Alert- For when your Glasses Come in-is Extremely Helpful, sometimes they won't call you.
And you'll just get a Text saying they Arrived

The lady that helped me was so kind and helpful and actually helped me pick a frame that actually fit my face perfectly and made me feel welcome. She actually was super caring.

The first eye test that measures your eye was terrible it took too long over and over again did not work properly and that teck did not know how to work it

My son had a appointment today. Waited 40 minutes. They had no idea he even had a appointment. Office left a message on my answering machine as to date and time. We can’t be more than 10 minutes late or appointment will be cancelled.but YOU can make us wait 40 minutes? Unprofessional.

Doctor was nice and did great job associates major my insurance was perfect and there was no mistakes. I would give the associate a five star and her manager a five star.

The staff was very welcoming, nice, friendly, and I enjoyed our time together. I would recommend you to my friends.

The only criticism I have is the use of buy one pair of glasses and get a second pair of glasses for free. When I asked the woman about it, she told me that if my insurance paid for the first pair the second pair would not be free. You make no mention of that in your advertising. I think you need to be more upfront about it. I do not see your reasoning on this, the customer buys the first pair. Yes my insurance paid for them, but it’s my insurance!

This is a lovely place with friendly and patient staff and doctors. If your at all unsure or nervous about eye appointments I highly recommend. Good frame selection with reasonable prices and great styles. Will be returning for next year's exam!

Very good service, from appt making, thru short, sweet and concise testing. Dr was very thorough, knowledgeable and explained everything. Optician was also attentive to my needs. Really, quite reasonable for not having vision insurance.

This was my first experience with vision works and the entire process was awesome. From the staff to the product and pricing everything went smoothly. I highly recommend this store in oneonta.

Despite being “doc in a box” healthcare, I like vision works a lot. They are efficient and helpful and have a great selection of frames. My optometrist was great and took the time with me that I needed. And I can’t give it five stars because the physical plant is a little shopworn and tired and needs updating as does the exterior area and sidewalk.

I had an excellent experience with everything from the first test to picking out a new pair of frames. Everyone was so helpful and smiling

Doctor was excellent, but did not like the way the staff tried to have me pay for something that I said I did not want. Other than that place was pretty good.
