Each time you enter.it has added or changed a bit.wonderfully alive. Great selection. Usually a few dollars less then other regional wine shoppers. Great staff. Clean bright.very wine warehouse style of out west.yet more personal and ease of shopping. Delivery is spot on. Curbside pick up convenient. But just go in. Select your list.then explore.you will find great wines.

Good prices. Fast checkout. Always employees on the floor to answer questions. I do my.once a month run to fill up and save money!

Best variety of wine available in the region! They recently reconfigured the store and it is much easier to find what you need. And if you don't find it, the staff is very helpful. It's my go-tobwine store.

As an out-of-towner from Maryland, this place has a great wine selection. Moreover, it has some good deals. 1792 bourbon was considerably cheaper than I've seen in Maryland and this is NY.

I went to pick up a few things. There was a long line with only three cashiers. After I paid for my liquor I asked the woman if there was a restroom. She told me where it was and offered to hold my purchase for me while I use the bathroom. I said okay. On my way to the bathroom I passed the worker who followed me to the bathroom and was asking me if I'm bringing any alcohol into the bathroom. I ignored him and used the bathroom. Then I went back to retrieve my alcohol and there was a long line and hard to get back to the cashier. I asked to worker if he could bring me my alcohol I showed him the receipt. He went over there and said he couldn't find it I said well can you go back and ask the cashier where it is. He informed me that she was with the customer and didn't want to disturb the customer. Then thankfully she came over when she was done with the customer and brought me the alcohol that I had paid for. Needless to say I won't be going back there anymore for the few dollars that I save it's a rushed Warehouse with long weights and rude help.

I can get lost in this place, but that is ok. There is a new adventure around every corner. Taste the world through good libations. Fantastic prices and great service.

Been shopping at Empire Wine & Liquor for years. With the newly expanded Empire - certainly stands by its name! Love the new expansion! Pllllenty of options and definitely affordable! Staff is great and always wanting to help!

Usually, great service. So, I ordered almost $300 of alcohol from, the Father’s Day event. The website order didn’t record the engraving instructions so I called, and messaged, and also received a call confirming the proper engraving. After 3 confirmations. A more pricey item for my brother, was miss labelled for someone else. Another bottles engraving was noticeably slanted. I reached out that day and even offered to pay to correct the mistakes and was told, “I’d be contacted the next day. ” After no contact I decided to call to see what if anything can be done. I was told, “ there’s nothing that could be done, the manager is looking into it, but I’m telling you, there’s nothing that can be done. ” In the same breath ending with; “he’s looking into it and seeing what can be done. ” No timeline provided to me. I’m confused. Is there or isn’t there? I’m still holding onto all of this alcohol not wanting to give if can be corrected.

Made an online order. By the time I got to the store empire wine had my order ready. I would suggest online ordering if you were in a pinch for time.

This place is huge! It's like the Walmart of wine and liquor! Lol They have an incredible selection at great prices. Plus they deliver, offer in store pickup, and curbside pickup. The curbside pickup literally took 3 minutes between the time we pulled up and pulled out! Super fast and convenient! I love Empire! They're the best!
No party is complete without a trip to Empire!

If you're ordering online, don't depend on them. Needed some wine to bring to a weekend get-together. Ordered on Thursday; it was supposed to be delivered on Friday. When it didn't show up, I checked the tracking. FedEx said that Empire "didn't give them" the package; Empire said "FedEx didn't pick it up. " The person I spoke to at Empire said it would "definitely be delivered on Sunday. " It wasn't. Had to run around trying to get the wine I needed. Now, it's Monday, and still no notice from FedEx. Empire says the order will be picked up by FE this evening. Will it? Who knows?
I'd cancel the order and ask for a refund, but I'm not at all confident that would happen, either.

They have so many wine and liquor so many aisles that you could walk up and down you could spend many hours looking at so many things I was looking for moonshine and I found it there was one there that had cherries in it and it was a moonshine with cherries and the lady told me that you take out the cherries and you freeze them and you have them with ice cream and she said it's so yummy it's one thing to get and I'm planning on trying that next time and that's all that I have it's empire wine and liquor Warehouse check them out we did I don't work there myself but one in a million place

My friend and I made an online order immediately after calling to confirm that a bottle of whiskey was in stock. They canceled the order a week later saying it was out of stock. The item was available for purchase throughout that week while waiting for shipping. I wouldn’t recommend doing business with them, as this is not a trustworthy way to do business!
