Very disappointed my visit wasn't a better experience. The doctor was wonderful but the opticians need lessons in customer service. I went to pick up my new glasses, put them on and couldn't see a thing out of them. The optician didn't believe me. I was told to "hold the card closer" or " hold the card further away" to "this is what you told the doctor during your examination". What I said in the exam was very different then the prescription in my new glasses. She refused to believe l couldn't see out of them. She was very rude and raised her voice at me. I had to remind her I wasn't there to argue, I just wanted to be able to see.
She told me to bring the glasses home and let my eyes adjust to them. Wasn't going to pay for something that obviously wasn't right. Told her I wanted a refund, the receptionist was very nice and gracious with my refund. I HIGHLY recommend you DO NOT go here.
