I booked a setup with Tom for a graduation party. The setup included several tents and a dance floor. We were nervous that the tents wouldn’t fit, so Tom personally came to measure the yard which put our minds at ease. On the day of the party, Tom and his crew did a flawless setup. Such nice, thoughtful and funny young men! I will definitely use him again for future parties and movies!

Encore Rentals did a wonderful job with my daughter’s graduation party that we had in July. Tom was so professional, he took the time to discuss different options and was quick to respond to all our inquiries. The tent was beautifully maintained. We had lighting and it was just perfect! He and his team did an amazing job putting it up and taking it down. I will definitely be using them again!

I have dealt with many Tent Companies in the past. Tom and his guys are by far the best. The best price, the best and cleanest tent, no ropes, very professional I am a contractor myself and plan on sending more business their way. Thanks for the great job guys.

We recently had a family and friends gathering at our home, we decided to give Encore Rentals a call. The owner himself (Tom) came to the house, discussed some ideas, took measurements and planned for how best to set the tent since we have a pretty good slope in the backyard. We chose to go with a tent, tables, chairs, tablecloths, lighting and fans. The crew showed up exactly as planned and did a fantastic set up. My wife and I were so proud as our friends and family arrived it looked amazing, Thank you to Tom and the crew of Encore, you hit it out of the park.

Contacted Encore Rentals for a tent, tables and chairs for my wife’s birthday party this past weekend.

Tom (owner) responded right away and provided a detailed quote. Encore’s pricing was better than other companies I had reached out to and their customer service was outstanding so I decided to contract with Tom for my party rental needs.

Tom and his team arrived the day prior to the party to deliver and set up the tent, tables and chairs. The quality of the products was excellent (clean, well maintained and good condition). The team had the tent set up and the tables / chairs opened, positioned and wiped down in less than 20 minutes. Contrast that with our experience two weeks prior when friends of ours hosted a party for their son in our backyard. The company they used left the tables / chairs in a pile on my lawn, the quality was mediocre (tables were old and surfaces were tacky and splintered).

Tom and his team returned the day after the party to disassemble and collect the rental items. They left my yard in original condition.

Most importantly, Tom and his team were professional, cared about the quality of their work, and worked extremely well together.

If I have need to rent tents, tables and chairs again, you can be sure that I’ll be calling Tom and his team at Encore Rentals, NY. You should, too!
