ENT and Allergy Associates - Tarrytown

Gave me a same day appointment as a new patient! (Unheard of these days!)
The office is clean, efficient, check-in is easy as you complete it on your phone, not a lot of questions either. The assistant that brought me to the exam room was very kind & it wasn't long before Dr. Bernstein came into the room. Dr. Bernstein is so nice, soft spoken, gentle and explains everything before he does it.
I had to have a nasal cauterization and the procedure was painless. I did have some uncomfortable side effects that night so I called the on-call service. The doctor returned my call in less than 10 minutes and assured me everything I was feeling was normal. It's now day 4 since my procedure and I'm still having quite a bit of pain to my nose, roof of my mouth & front top teeth. I did some research and am learning many people have pain quite a while afterwards. Perhaps that would be my only complaint.to please explain ALL the symptoms one will experience afterwards so nothing is questioned. I was only told I would have a runny nose.
Runny is an understatement, was running continuously and lots of congestion.like a bad cold. I took antihistamines which helped with that and I could breathe at night to sleep.
Honestly, I would never hesitate to return if I ever needed an ENT. Dr. Bernstein is wonderful.

Amazing efficient office. Hardly any wait time. Just in and out. Dr listened to my problem and explained treatment fully.

Dr. Bergstein is the consummate professional. He is bright, friendly, and an excellent communicator. He is an asset to this practice and his field in general. I am blessed to be under his care for years. Highly recommended. A+.

I arrived at the Doctor's office with ear pain, and Dr. Bergstein was very attentive to my concerns. He treated my ear perfectly and after two days in pain I was able to leave his office as new. The staff was also very professional caring.

Dr. Budenz, her team and then staff at the Tarrytown office for ENT and Allergy have been wonderful throughout the time I have been a patient with them. Even when they're very busy, they've always been so patient and kind in helping me deal with my health issue, I've been to other doctors and it isn't always like that. So I really appreciate how much this team cares for patients like me because it's so much more daunting to feel like you're on your own after you come out of the doctor's office. The facility is exemplary. Nice, Pleasant pesonnel who treat the patients with rerspect. Dr. Zalvan is extremely thorough and transparent who explains the conditions being experienced / diagnosed. He answers all questions that I had.

This is specifically for Dr Bergstein.the other day my cell phone rang and it was him, asking for my mom. My number was in her file as a contact. I had taken my mom the week before for a hearing aide adjustment.he was calling to say how sorry he was when he heard my dad passed away, that he was his patient for many years and he was such a nice man. I was so appreciative and rather than him saying “please let your mom know”, he asked for her number and called her directly. I thought that was really noteworthy, truly showed what a compassionate doctor he is! Much appreciated!

From check in to check out our experience was amazing. Clean and organized office. Friendly and professional staff. The allergist Dr. Davis-Lorton is excellent. Very comforting and informative. Definitely will recommend.
