ENT and Allergy Associates - Astoria II, Queens NY

This is a review of their booking system. It is absurd that there is no way to call the office and let them know you won't make an appointment or that you're running late. Instead you call some call center where you always wait on the phone for 10+ minutes. Absolutely ridiculous that you can't call the office directly. What a waste of everyone's time.

Of course if I go into the phone menu and tell them I'm a doctor, it routes me directly to their office phone, they pick up, and the issues is resolved in 30 seconds. This whole process makes me not want to call and let them know.which is just dumb.

My first time at this office and I had a great experience! Clean and very professional! I did have a couple questions that were answered by the manager Meme and I’m so glad I left understanding everything i needed to know! Meme was so helpful and truly cares about the patients! I appreciate her hard work and dedication!

The wait time is ridiculous. They made us wait 2.5 hours. This happened multiple times in this Astoria office. I caught front office moving patients in front of us which extended our wait time. When I pointed it out, they just said sorry but seems like they are immune to it. Avoid this office if you can.

Low rating because you call on the phone, excellent, you go in person to the reception, very poor service because you are Latin and not American, a chubby lady with painted red hair helped me, she asks you what the appointment is about, I explain to her and in a very bad way she responds, sit down now They take care of you but since you are not American and it turns out that in the end they did not take care of you or explain to me why they had Internet problems you cannot print results what is happening sir in a big country like the United States not even in my country is this happening anymore no I recommend and demand a response

I actually really like it here. Great service and I’m absolutely impressed with the manager Meme. One day I needed her specifically and she was the most bright and delightful person I have yet to encounter. Such a sweat heart. Helped me right away and you could tell she does her job so well. I’ve only been to this office a few times and will for sure be coming back.

Hello, I want to share my experience in this place, I visited them because a few years ago I had an accident in my nose and I could hardly breathe, they operated on my nose and I look much better than I expected, I feel incredible with their excellent work, all the staff and the doctor did an exceptional job, I recommend them 100%.

The experience was great, the staff were friendly, kind helpful. They made us feel welcome. The Dr. Was gentle kind and very professional.

DR. Steven S Alexander gives the most accurate information. Personally, I’ve experienced having tonsillitis twice! I was able to get it quicker solution than going to the ER and figure out the correct reason how I got it. I honestly believe his instincts are true. As a person who is now scared if it happens again I’m more confident with this doctors Than anyone else.

Staff is always pleasant, and eager to help. Dr. Alexander is knowledgeable, thorough, and always takes extra effort to explain everything.

The 1 star is for the friendly staff. However the clinic is very small with very little AC. Everyone can hear your private information clearly. And the wait is extremely long. The MD is good, very knowledgeable.

The staff were very friendly and the waiting time was short. I was seen by Dr. Alexander who was very helpful and patient. I recommend this spot!

This was my first time here.
The front desk staff and nurse were professional and respectful, answering questions and registered my daughter quickly.

The doctor on the other hand lacked any type of bed side manner. Offered a recommendation for treatment without even looking up at us and asking any questions. I found him to be condescending and short, as I offered information that he asked. I would not recommend this provider and I will not be returning.

Had an appointment with Dr. Alexander. He was very professional amd straight forward. He gave me diagnosis related to my ear and treatment and i am ver happy with the results. I totally recommend.

They will overbill you by hundreds of dollars for unnecessary procedures that they barely even go through the motions of pretending to perform. They will make you wait half an hour to two hours for your appointment, no matter how early in the day you make it. Stay away from this place, it's another NYC scam that engages in fraudulent billing.

I went to a consultation on Saturday, my prescription was not sent to the pharmacy, I spent the weekend with a nose infection and a blocked ear, I do not recommend this place to anyone
