3 Dr Ayuso it's a great doctor! Absolutely the worst support staff ever. I had to repeat my name at least 6 times, write it down or something! The same receptionist (Monica) called yesterday, but forgot why she called and said it was to confirm, after wasting 15 minutes on the phone. This morning she called again to ask me to reschedule my appointment the day of, an hour before without reason. She called me to reschedule but immediately forgot why she was calling and who she was speaking to. It sounded like the receptionist was on edibles or something. Completely spaced out. 8am is way too early to be this out of it. I thought it was a joke, that's how bad the calls went. I would suggest drug testing your employees, please!
After having to reschedule the 3rd time, I'M DONE! Unfortunately, you have to get through the staff to get to the doctor. Damn shame.
I have been with this practice for over 10yrs. Dr Allleva and Dr Ayuso are ultimate professionals and experts in the care they provide their patients. I highly recommend this practice
Stay away! From the outset my waiting times in the office for my appointments would be anywhere from 15 minutes to an hour. Waiting in the hallway with no explanation with a very small space and crowded. I came here for hearing loss and I started this process in October. A total waste of my time! I will go elsewhere.
