2Early Bird rate looks good, so I park at this facility. I come back to pickup the car and was told $41. I ask why so much and the cashier states that there is a SUV fee/tax. I ask why was I not informed. The cashier states "we don't need to". Very nice answer. If situations were reversed I am sure he wouldn't be as calm as I was. A business should have the courtesy of telling their customers all the fees in advance to help me decide whether I should give them my business. Very deceptive practice and also "the suv tax/fee" is not written on the "Early Bird" sign. The non transparency doesn't end there. The receipt has no mention of such tax/fee. It only shows rate, tax and total. Reporting to BBB.
This location was the most affordable I found in 1 hour while looking for parking. Seamless drive in and tiket received for parking.
