Place is great. Car well taken care of. Expect to pay $25 minimum.that's just the way it is to park in garages in Manhattan.

Parked there for 8-days for taking a cruise trip.
Good: Staff are professionally behave, dropoff and pickup are smooth. Keep the receipts and follow the instruction for pickup.
Need Improvement: Put a big Parking sign outside, label the elevator and the access door on the street for easy to get in and get out the garage.
