Enterprise Car Sales, East Syracuse NY

Enterprise Car sales is my number one go to. I have purchased two cars from them. I had my husband and my son both buy cars there as well. Always friendly and courteous. Really good buying experience. I still recommend to friends and family.

Took multiple trips to make the purchase, first time the didn’t even have the vehicle at the dealership that we scheduled to test drive, the second day they wouldn’t come down $175 so we walked an hour later they dropped the price down $1k dollars and the next day we purchased the vehicle.
They are serious on the No Haggle Price but almost lost the sale over a few hinder dollars? But we ended up saving more in the long run. Will try to upsell you additional package items such as weather proofing and extended warranty but over all our purchase experience was Ok

Vladimir and Travis were both very helpful. I have been working on rebuilding my credit, I was able to get approved on an amazing car. I am very happy with the whole experience. I look forward to purchasing another vehicle from them soon. Highly recommend

This is about the fourth or fifth vehicle that we have bought through Enterprize and very good service and recommend them to others used to go to Rochester for cars trucks now we’ve been buying second time from East Syracuse New York still seem very good service. I purchased a 2021 Chrysler Pacifica mini van. The sale experience wasn't bad but just be careful to look your vehicle over after the test drive and paperwork before taking delivery. I later found out that my vehicle was involved in a accident with was not discussed during the test drive. My rear quarter window had a leak that I fixed myself. There was damage to the roof on the right side. A couple of panels did not align and drivers side drl was not working. I also purchased the Ziebart package that listed for $899 the final bill was only $470 after discount. I never received a refund. Also if a family member works for Enterprise your eligible for a discount The sales rep never entertained my discount code that I receive from a family member.
I reached out to talk to the sales manager before writing this review I'm by the end of the business thing I still haven't heard from him so just be cautious when dealing with the dealership. Don't make the same mistake I didn't.

My experience working with Joshua Dora was excellent! He made the buying process seamless and went above and beyond to ensure I was happy. His communication was always timely, he coordinated everything, all while keeping me up to date. He was also extremely transparent throughout the purchase. I’m happy to be taking home a Volvo XC60 and I would 100% recommend Josh to anyone!

Definitely ask for Maggie! There were a few obstacles but she made the process less stressful. I was entirely happy with an offer. She found the perfect vehicle for me!
