Enterprise Rent-A-Car, Mineola NY

A car rental due to an accident is never ideal. I would have preferred the option to select a vehicle that suited me, but still felt grateful to have one available. However the car was dirty, inside and out, and the wipers were mediocre in the rain. It’s such a small but significant detail that is often overlooked. Enterprise, take some pride and make it mandatory. It’s disgusting to give a customer a filthy car.

I was recently left car-less due to parts shortage and Nick really helped me out. Set me up with an upgrade and saved me some extra money to help out with the repairs. Everyone there was super friendly, made me feel like they've known me for ages. They even dropped me off after the return. Thanks guys!

I recently needed a car rental as my car was in the body shop getting work done after a bus side-swiped me. From the moment I told my insurance company that I will go with them, I received a call from the Mineola office not more than 10 mintues later. From the start, they were very professional and courteous throughtout the process. When I got the rental, I dealt with Ryan who was very thorough, professional and friendly. I highly recommend going to the Mineola office if you ever need a rental.

The Enterprise shop in Mineola is great. I rent from them all the time they take care of you and pick you up and if there is issues with cause they get a new one right away. Great shop.

This Enterprise location although small had great customer service. I was in and out with no wait, car was awesome, very clean, gas wasn't full which complicates things for me because I then always overfill it upon return. Representative was efficient. Only negative was on my billing upon return was overcharged and had to call and get an adjustment, but that was the only negative.

Matt is the man. This was my first time renting from this location and the transaction was effortlessly seamless. I booked a car 11: 30pm on 07/29. Woke up next morning to a voicemail from another rep saying there wasn’t a car available for me. I decided to call in just be sure there weren’t any other class vehicles I could grab for the weekend. I was connected to Matt the branch manager and he got me into the same class vehicle I requested. Def recommend this location 10/10
