They have various cars available to choose from, they get you into the car of your liking in minutes and the cars are clean and well maintained.

Rented my vehicle to someone else right in front of me, the. Proceeds to tell me that no other enterprise has vehicles available when I told them to hold the vehicle for me and made a reservation. I’ve never had an issue with any other enterprise except this one. Place has horrible communication.

I rent a car from this location, Brian did his best to help me but unfortunately I didn't get the car I booked online, I canceled a reservation I had with enterprise at Fordham location to get a standard size SUV at McLean Ave location (Yonkers) but I ended up having a full size sedan with higher rates than the ones I canceled earlier!
And even bought their full cover protection plan which cost me 30$/day.
Enterprise make you book the reservation online but when you show up to the location everything change, you don't get the car you reserved plus you get rates higher than any competitor (Hertz, Avis, thrifty, Dollar.).
As I mentioned earlier, the staff at yhe location were very nicer especially Brian, but the company itself is a mess.
The site manager (Taher) emailed me to appreciate my business with them & offered any help I may need, I spoke with him but today & there absolutely no help.

Stay away from Enterprise and try other companies, I used to rent a lot from enterprise since 2011 but in different states, it used to be one of the best car rental companies, now it is literally the worst.

Told us less than 30 minutes of pick up time that there was no cars available and offered zero options or alternatives. Didn't seem to care that it completely ruined our planned trip or want to help any further. Reservations dont mean "Reservation". Poor service, Poor Attitude, Lack of planning or empathy. Edit: Reached out to suggest I email them and give them further details so that they could investigate. After 5 days, still no reply. Why did you bother asking me to inform you if you wouldn't have the simple courtesy of investigating or following up. Save face is the name of the game, no actual intentions seen of rectifying.

I had a great experience with them. They’re quick, efficient, friendly and the prices are pretty reasonable. I’ll definitely come to them again the next time I need a rental.

Customer service is the key of every business and this guys from YONKERS are amazing but the big one is Beverly. That's a real customer service

While the customer service was excellent (Thank you John!), the site was poorly staffed. The line for service went out of the lot despite seeing the few staff working very hard to keep up. Enterprise, open your closed sites, the lines and wait is not a typical of my past positive Enterprise experiences.

McLean location is one of the best locations i had an awesome experience to rent vehicles from. Always on time and most important the whole staff including the manager are very courteous and helpful. Any questions asked they respond with a smile and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend this location.

It was nice and easy picking up everything is done within seconded on there little tablet and paperless, dropping off was the same. The van worked perfect for our trip.

I recently rented a vehicle from this location and service was great! I made sure to get a reservation ahead of time to ensure that everything went smooth the day of pick up and I was not disappointed. Although the whole staff was awesome, make sure to ask for Domy or John when you are there, they ensured everything on my end was as easy as pie. Would definitely recommend the Yonkers, Mclean Ave branch to my friends and fam.

Professional, courteous and knowledgeable staff. Upon receiving my rental they wiped the interior with disinfectant. Totally recommend.

Unfortunately, I have had a couple of incidents with my cars over the past six months. (Someone hit me in a parking lot and a tree fell on my other car.) Luckily, my insurance covered my rental car and the folks at this Enterprise were excellent. They always had a great attitude and were super professional. I highly recommend this shop.

I couldn't figure out how to shift a Jeep we rented at this location into 4WD L and, on Christmas Eve, the employees here looked up a youtube video and talked me through it on the phone! Really great crew working here.

It was my first time renting for a weekend getaway. Honestly, it was the best customer service I've received in a long time. Very quick and easy process. Would definitely rent again!
